Auto-populate forms (the opposite way)
Since we can't have the forms filled out by clients auto-populate the client's profile, could we have the client's profile auto-populate the form? This would save time for everyone and be a nice convenience.
If there is a change made to any of the contact information (name, phone number, email, etc.) a notice or flag could be added the client's account so we know something needs to be changed.

To only have First available for online booking for certain services
A DREAM feature would be to not show service provider at all for certain services when booking. For our members who are familiar, we want them to be able to book their designated member services with certain providers. But for new clients who book our designated a la carte services, we would love to be able to give them a "first available" only option where they never see the names throughout the process.

Ability to customize the length of time a client has not been back in for them to receive their Reminder to Book or Fill Slow Days email campaign to go beyond 'haven't visited in last 30 days' and/or 'don't have an appointment in the next 7 days'.

Have payment selection to default to Duo work in the sales tab as well
The option to default to the Duo for card payments is excellent. However, it doesn't stick as the default when starting a new sale in the Sales Tab. It is odd that the behavior isn't consistent throughout the system.

Desk Only IM
Having an Instant Message or Pop Up for quick chats between front desk staff at two different locations without having to speak on the phone. It would also leave a clear picture of where a situation stands as the desk staff switch shifts so things wouldn't go unfinished.

Special characters such as the Chinese alphabet supported within Forms
Some of the components within forms offer special characters such as the Chinese alphabet but that is not the case for all of the components. This should be consistent
