  8. When adjusting inventory quantities, service times, etc... The scroll wheel can adjust the amount if the cursor is over the entry box/line. This can often result in some crazy data if you aren't very careful about where the mouse is.

    I could be in the minority but I have never used the mouse to adjust these amounts, and I don't see much of a use case where it is beneficial.

    I have, however, messed up my data multiple times with this being an option. Real life scenario: clicking on a box to enter an inventory number, entering it, then scrolling…

  15. Reformat the 'print' view for charts as in its current state it's essentially unusable. Also add an option to email a PDF version to the client. We use 'treatment plans' as a chart where we document the client's goals and the treatments they should be getting, along with pricing and notes. We give this to them to take home, and we need a copy for staff. We created this as a digital chart, but want a way to share it with the client that looks professional!

  16. Be able to add forms to the client's chart at ANY time. Not just with booking. We do follow up notes regarding communication with clients after their treatments. Also, we like to send after care or product instructions and we aren't able to do that through Boulevard. We have to do it through an outside source.

  20. When reading the BLVD Messages in the Message tab, the blue unread alert disappears. Can there be a way to select an option mark a message as unread after its been read, to serve as an alert that the message needs attention.
