Text customization on review requests
We would like the option to modify the text in the Review Request window. This will allow us to redirect our Clients to other platforms in which to leave a review. Such as our google profile.
Currently, the review request redirects to boulevard and we would like an option to customize this.

Give clients a tip option when paying with a gift card
When a gift card is greater than or equal to the cost of their service it bypasses the tip option when you checkout the ticket. There should be the ability to ask them if they want to add a gratuity on their credit card or even the remaining balance of the gift card. There is already an option to manually add the tip, but asking the client what they want to leave is generally poor customer service.

Payment Plans
It would be great if clients were able to purchase packages through boulevard and split their payment over 2, 3 or 4 month installments. Only current option is to create a membership plan and schedule a cancellation

Gift Card Liability report
It is vital to be able to show the PURCHASE DATE on the gift card report!! If there is an expiration policy we must be able to locate old cards and notify client their card is about to expire!!! From the accounting side we must be able to pull a valuation report that shows age of gift and balance at a given date or point in time!!

Profile Photo of Client
There should be a way for our nurses to see the photo our clients to prevent inaccurate charting. As soon as they click their name a profile photo should pop up so they can confirm the patient.

re-send appointment confirmation text to unconfirmed appointments
if a client has not confirmed their appointment, there should be an option to resend confirmation texts 24 hours prior to their appointment

Client receive text notification when appointment has been canceled or rescheduled
when a clients appointment is cancelled or changed, there should be an option to send a text notification. right now the only option is email notification.

It would be useful to have a date showing on the entered client notes within the clients profiles, instead of "A Year ago" as an example.

Group booking two providers
We would like group booking to allow selection of two providers in addition to automatically blocking times off.
Currently, we have to block these times manually for the second provider. This would save us time.

Inventory Tracker and Forecaster - A report that will be able to track the colors / products you have bought the last 6 months so you can adjust your minimums based on the popularity of the product .
