  2. Fix "beta" reporting. It's as unreliable as it was in Jan 2020 when we signed up, if not slightly worse. Some days I can't get the Detailed Line Item report to work at all, and this is critical to our business as running payroll relies on it. This was in "beta" in late 2019... why isn't this fixed?

  4. Idea: With the new checkout flow, the total is doesn't always show on the iPad when clients are using different forms of payment (card + account credit, or card + gift cards). Show all line items and total

    Feedback: Are there any plans to update it again to show the actual charge? This is becoming a consistent issue with our clients unfortunately. We have been accused of over charging serval guests because the Boulevard Duo is not reflecting the actual charge

  6. When we have 70 locations and one employee will be working at multiple locations it can take hours to enable their services and commissions between multiple locations.

    It would be incredible to be able to set the commission and enable service by the esthetician and not by the location.

  9. There are two possibilities when we are inviting the client back in to "redo",

    1) They will be seen by the same service provider. The client will be rebooked the same service, but no price should be listed nor pricing. In the background there would be either a commission pull from the first service (to combat the hourly wages being used to complete the same work again) and notation that this service is NOT to be considered an additional appointment or service, but a REDO for reporting processes.

  10. Any voucher that is used for the same service or services will be lumped into the same available pool for clients to use. On our end, when checking out we only see the total number available with no distinction between them. This can create a problem because we allow the sharing of voucher packages but not membership vouchers. A client might buy a package with the intent of sharing but those vouchers could be used first through individual appointments.     1. A method to move forms between clients. Several times per week we have a spouse fill a form out under their own name instead of the spouse filling it out under theirs (or parents and children). being able to move the form to the proper client would be wonderful!

    2. Method for storing a copy of a paper form with the forms in Boulevard. (some of our guests just don't get electronic things) Currently a pdf file can be stored in client notes, but it would be really nice to get it in the forms section.

  14. Our practice has (4) of the latest iPad Pros and (3) duos. They are constantly disconnecting/unpairing from the duo and/or unliking from the BLVD software. This is extremely frustrating. These iPads are dedicated to BLVD use and I've tried everything to keep them from doing this. I'm actually quite surprised there aren't more complaints. Please fix this! Before BLVD we had Square and their POS systems is leaps and bounds above BLVD. I can count on one hand how many times the system disconnected.   15. Sometimes tags are not relevant to one or the other but staff will choose them since they seem appropriate, which then may cause unintentional downstream activity.

    Example tags that staff put on appointments that should only be allowed as client tags: allergies, language barrier, always late, has previously no showed, extremely picky, big tipper, has disability, friends or family, etc.
