  1. Regarding the new review platform, I see some improvements over previous iterations. However, the ideal configuration would be a direct prompt to a review platform of our choice, such as Yelp/Google. Once the customer spends generous time reviewing us internally on BLVD platform, they are unlikely to follow prompt for additional posting. We are essentially cannibalising our own reviews by using this feature.

  2. I would love to see us collect more data, I want to be able to mark client details fields as mandatory - this would also allow us to build better audiences. For example First Name, Last Name is mandatory but also we want to make birthdays, phone numbers and emails so that patients can be contacted for reminders or marketing etc.

    I need this to hold my staff responsible for collecting it as well.

  3. Currently, Boulevard doesn't have a built-in feature to suggest upgrades or add-ons specifically at check-in. However, this is a missed opportunity. The system already suggests add ons when the client is booking an appointment online. So when the client checks in, the system should be able to ask the client if she would like to add any add on services associated with her appt since these are already in the system. This is another opportunity to upsell and generate higher ticket revenue. Please add this right away. Not all clients book online, some call or walk in. This will help…

  4. Ability to utilize merchant overrides for vouchers, gift cards, and account credits, but once the override is set, have the ability to control which staff members can view or edit the override settings.

  6. We sell kits of our skincare and it would be nice to have a "kit" like we have "packages" of treatments, where when you sell that kit, it pulls from inventory of the individual products that are in the kit. This would also be helpful for our website.

  7. It would be helpful if Blvd could update the forms and charts to accurately reflect the true status of a client's signature. Currently, when a client doesn't sign a document, it still appears as "Completed" on their profile, which can be misleading. To prevent this confusion, I suggest that if a form or chart is not signed by the client, it should not be labeled as "Completed." Instead, it should show as "Pending" or another more accurate status to avoid any misunderstanding. This would help ensure the accuracy of information and reduce potential errors.

  9. Add the ability to set a business cost for a service that is dependent on product usage to be $x per unit rather than a flat rate per service. For example, botox is $12 a unit and the business cost is $6 per unit but right now that $6 can only be set as a flat rate so regardless if it's 1 unit or 20 units the business cost stays a $6. This makes the commission payout now a manual process because you have to account for the business cost.

  10. I really like BLVD so far, but a lot of the users on this platform are providing medical treatments and the charting system should reflect that. I want to be able to have lab results integrated, as well as a way to chart a visit of any kind without having to make a form. Ive never had to make forms with other systems. BLVD should include a more medical/professional charting system.

  12. Forms should be sent in order to the client. In order from client intake form etc. Currently forms are out of order i.e. first from is HIPAA and 4th is intake form. Intake should be #1.

  16. TWO WAY INTERGRATION: I have spend countless time, deleting and re-adding brands, inventory counts off. Etc. One small change and the whole product duplicates down from shopify to BLVD.

    • Feed both ways, clients, ineventory, products.

    • Inventory count always off: If we sell in store the inventory in store sold on BLVD does not feed up to Shopify so then Shopifys inventory is off.

    • We should be able to feed clients up to shopify as well for marketing reasons and keeping clients in the know.

    • I am once again missing products I added in Shopify on BLVD. Im losing productivity, time,…

  17. Having multiple inboxes, to categorize into different subjects would be extremely helpful. For example - Membership Inbox - here you can find messages that come from members or people interested in memberships. Having the ability to organize the messages would be great!

  18. We have providers that work all day, but are only available for telehealth half of the day, and in-clinic the other half. Right now, in order to correctly display their schedule online, I had to create 2 separate accounts for the same provider in order to attach them to the correct "resource." I would like to be able to have one account reflect their schedule.

  19. Add permissions for privilege groups that will allow / disallow the viewing of different metrics in the cash register respectively.

    In addition to limiting the reported upon date range for the given data specific to who is logged into the dashboard and viewing the register.

  20. Allow for scheduling staff members on an every other week rotation. Currently we have to add in staff on a wkly rotation and manually adjust if they work an every other weekend schedule.
