  2. I don't know if anyone else is annoyed by the fact that every time I switch tabs from calendar view to front desk view it does not keep me on the day I am currently looking at. Is there a way to opt out of it always showing "Today"?

  4. you should be able to create a specific custom link to send to clients to book. for example: create a link to all services with any provider, create a link to all services with a specific provider, create a link for specific services with a specific provider.

  6. employees should be able to see quickly and easily if they have serviced that particular client. currently the mobile app forces you to select each appointment that the client has had to see who serviced them. their main client profile page should immediately show appointment details beause that is the reason we are clicking on the clients profile the most- to view history. it should show say the date of their appointment, the type of appointment, and who it was with so that employees know if they are new to servicing them or if they are a repeat or return…

  10. When a new service is created we would like a setting on the business level access to disable online booking for all locations rather than having to go through each individual location to turn off. This is time consuming and need the option of setting this overall for the business.

  13. Todays date, client name, and DOB should auto-populate on all charts and forms. Its insane that it doesn't. For those of us providing medical services, there are legal requirements for charting. Please fix this ASAP.
    It would also be nice if service and date of service to auto-populate.

  14. When in the room with a client discussing add-ons and price, it would be so helpful if we could see if they have account credit or vouchers available to apply to the service. This would make providing quotes on the fly so much easier. We currently use a paper "ticket" that the front desk creates and hands to the service provider.

  15. Currently our estheticians do microneedling but need a provider to do the blood draw and prepare the PRP. Currently the front desk has to go through and manually block time for the provider. It would be helpful if the system would allow one provider for the main service and a different provider for the service add on.

  17. Especially for small business, an option for cash vs accrual methods of sales summaries would be very useful.

    Or at least have the ability to customize the summary (I.e. let me choose to include cash, credit, aspire, alle, patientfi, etc and leave out certain items like vouchers). This option may actually be better for those that utilize things like aspire or patient fi a lot.

    Either way, I would love to know how much actual cash is going into my bank account during the month without having to subtract vouchers, adjustments, credits, etc.

  19. Hi! It would be extremely helpful if Med Spas could edit the processing time to begin at the start time of an appointment as opposed to the very end of the appointment. We would utilize this feature for NUMBING time. This would allow for additional bookings. I see this was a request with 40 critical votes back in 2023!

  20. A password reset from the client profile would be extremely helpful for guest who need their hand held while reseting the password.

    The merge guest could be better. I just merged 3 profiles into one and i still see all 3 when I search the guest.
