  3. It would be very useful to send messages from clients as a text message to my phone. It is not useful that i can get a text that my client has 'arrived" but not a message that they are running late, want to cancel last minute or message me to reschedule. We are a small and busy clinic that does not sit in front of computer monitors watching for messages.

  5. Problem: Our spa has one desktop computer for all of our team to use to check their clients out. We do not have a receptionist, so I created a "receptionist" profile that stays logged in at all times during business hours. We found this was the easiest way to check out our guests efficiently and in a timely manner. It takes way too long for each employee to log in/out using their email and password, IF they can even remember it.

    I want each employee to ONLY use their Blvd account when they’re doing anything in Blvd.

  6. Please allow clients to cancel from their reminder!!! This isn't new technology, our old lame software offered this option. It's so much easier and faster than the current options for canceling

  7. We would love the option to add the client's phone number to the calendar view OR the ability to add to the Staff Schedule report. We print either the calendar view or the Staff Schedule to give to the providers. We use this to issue points and the front desk has to look everyone up to get their phone number, which is pain point for us.

  8. check in on the IPad is redundant and should just be client phone number. clients frequently voice frustration w the check-in process requiring number, email and name. at least give us the OPTION to have clients check in w ONLY PHONE #.

  15. When I export the Product Commission Report (by pdf, .csv, or .xls) it puts every stylists on their own separate page or tab! Maybe some people like it that way, but I don't. Please add a report option to either run it by page, or run it continuous. As it is now, I have to manually highlight the info on my screen and then re-size my window and then right-click to print! Annoying.

  19. At the end of checking out a client, before sending the receipt email, there is a spot to write a message to the client. It would be great to have pre scripted messages saved in a drop down. This would make it a lot easier to send a message. IE: Today is prom day and I keep writing the same message (Have an AMAZING time at your Prom) Having 5-10 saved messages would allow a little personal touch on the receipt.

  20. Indie Mane Salon & Spa would like the ability to quickly see not only the date of previous service but how many weeks ago that service was. Currently, they have to manually calculate based on the date shown. They often use this function to determine next pre-booking window.
