  3. I want to enter purchase orders for SERVICE/PROFESSIONAL inventory as well. I don't want this inventory to show up in "PRODUCTS" but I want to be able to have a separate list of PROFESSIONAL Inventory.

    This would include all service items such as wax, tints, flip solutions, etc. I would also love if it included other inventory such as cleaning supplies, trash bags, etc.

    I'd love to be able to enter in a Purchase Order for these items as well, so that my other staff knows when these items are on the way and what should be expected in the…

  7. Schedules and shifts are created in Prospr, then manually created/changed in Boulevard. If approved and published shifts from Prospr automatically updated boulevard schedules, this would eliminate any potential room for error that manually updating may have.

  8. Managers have access and should be able to edit timecards for service providers and other non-management employees. They should still not be able to edit their own timecards - this should be left to Admins only.

  9. Set custom cancellation policy by location. For example we have one main location and an alternate location that sees patients once a month. For that second location we'd like to have a longer period for cancellations, while our main location is fine with a 48 hour notice.

  12. Idea:

    To avoid confusion at checkout, it is proposed that the iPad, which is solely used to check out clients, should display a more intuitive message. Currently, the "Check In" prompt leads clients to believe they need to check in rather than check out. A simple rewording could significantly improve user experience and streamline the process. Suggested alternative messages include:

    "Complete Checkout"
    "Finalize Your Purchase"
    "Proceed to Payment"
    "Finish Your Transaction"

    This change would help clients easily distinguish between the check-in and check-out process, reducing confusion and making the transaction smoother.

  13. We should be able to customize which reports staff can see. It is all or nothing currently. Staff shouldn't see company info or each others info.

There should be an option to print and save a pdf file of the client's chart/forms in case they would like a copy or if we have to submit documents to their other doctors or to do a prior authorization on their behalf. Patient's have the right to obtain a copy of their office notes and or forms completed.

  16. If you create a client from the checkout window and do not click "Save Client" before processing the payment the system does not save the client (Even if you click "Save Client" on the following screen (Where you can print a receipt)).

    This can leave an order without a client even when you intended to add a client and in fact clicked "Save Client"

    Being able to add a client to an order that doesn't have a client assigned would fix this issue. Making a permission level for this would prevent fraudulently assigning clients for loyalty purposes.

  19. Need Client ID numbers so that we can order labs. Right now we have to either have an ID number or SS number and we don't want to store SS numbers in this system.
