  2. We’d love to see an option within the service booking flow that allows clients to select a preferred undertone for their spray tan—specifically, the ability to choose a blue-based formula during online booking.

    This would allow us to:

    Better prepare for client needs before their appointment

    Offer a more customized experience

    Reduce intake time and manual note-taking

    It would be great to have this as a toggle or dropdown option (e.g. Neutral | Blue-Base | Violet-Base) tied to the specific spray tan service.

  3. Stylist are overbooking and abusing time for services (especially color) and then on check out sometimes have 30-45 minutes remaining, the system doesn't shrink up the appointment on check out to reflect the waste of time over scheduling and it is not recorded in the utilization reports because it still holds the block making it look like they were working. The Booker system had that feature. Way better for making poor use of time a visual reality.

  4. A metric to track how many appointments were scheduled (created) during the date range would be very helpful to know how productive the front desk was. It can be used to show a growth in front desk productivity in getting clients to rebook.

  5. We also need to be able to text our clients via the app as well. We keep everything in house and so in order to message thru boulevard we have to log into a browser, sign in, and then text via a tiny screen.

  9. It would be great to be able to shift appointments across the calendar (to change date, time, and/or service provider) but just clicking and holding onto it and moving it around.
    Having to open it up to change the edit appointment fields doesn't feel as intuitive for an app.

  10. When a client pre-pays but then (Days later) requests to reschedule to a different day and provider, We need to be able to remove the original booking. Voiding the ticket still leaves the original apt on the schedule blocking online bookings and new clients from scheduling. Please assist

  11. When filtering sales transactions by date, if you go into details of transactions, you are currently unable to go back to your filtered list. Whenever a filter is applied, if the "back" button should take you back to your filtered list instead of starting over. Currently, if I want to review each transaction, I have to start over and re-apply the filter every single time.

  12. To optimize our client experience, we should add the option of Spanish to our online booking, app, and website (descriptions of facials + services). This would be beneficial not only to Spanish speaking clients but also the overall accessibility of the company

  13. We need a report that will show how many specific treatments are booked out during a specific time frame. For example, knowing how many Halo lasers are booked in the next 3-6months helps us know how many Halo tips we need to order. Many treatments use specific disposable items and knowing how many to order and have on hand is crucial.

  14. Can you create something on a client profile where we can set reminders to reach out to the client in 3 mons 6 mons etc. to follow up. Something that will pop up the day we set it for to reminder us to reach out. It would be really helpful.

  15. Currently, if a new client doesn't use their referral code on their first appointment's order (for example, if there's a separate new client offer they want to use first), the code doesn't appear as usable on a later order, since it's only fixed to the first appointment.
    Instead, the discount must be manually added but then doesn't apply towards referral program reporting.

    It would be great to be able to have that offer code still available in the dropdown for that client as long as they have not yet used it.

  16. If a client is calling to make an appointment, let's input their phone number (or email) and first name. The system can then send them a text (or email) to input their card, agree to cancellation policy, etc, and only then will their appointment get put on the calendar.

  17. as an owner for myself and the admin team, I'd like the availability to have push notifications come directly to my phone or through the app so that we don't have to constantly login to the dashboard to see messages or respond to messages. This is a feature that we had in Vagaro and it made it easy to communicate with clients quickly. Right now so many messages are overdue for responses because no one knows they're there until someone happens to check.
