  6. The photo comparison is really basic. We can’t use it like it is. We need to be able to zoom in on each photo and the it should be full screen, not the little box it is now. Also the ability to compare multiple photos at once like baseline, 1 month, 2 month, 3 month We still have to revert back to TouchMD for photos since it’s a lot better for photos.

  8. I would like to provide commission only for actual sales that our team members make. If a client books on their own online, or is scheduled for more visits, I don't want to give automatic commissions. They would be a rewarded for sales activities.

  9. For clients who are always late, good for them to book online and this comes in automatically.

    If a client who has a False Start books online we need to text them and see if they can come in 15 min earlier and add the false start.

  10. Seeing number of weeks over the days in View Times tab when selecting appointment time (ex. +1w. +2w, etc.). Similar to number of weeks listed when you select the date dropdown in the upper left on Calendar view.

  11. We would love to see a reservation number added to each appointment and make them searchable, much like an order number. This is a very easy way to look up specific details for our guests. It would be best if we could also book multiple reservations or bookings under a single reservation number for groups and parties as well.

  12. Our business does not mind if expired "package/series" vouchers from a one time purchase are still displayed, however for our Recurring Monthly Charged Memberships that automatically add new vouchers every month, we would like for those to be automatically deleted from client profiles.

    At this point, we have thousands of expired vouchers from active or in-active memberships that are starting to slow down opening and reading our member's payment method tabs. And deleting expired vouchers take a couple of hours per client depending on how long they have been coming.

    This would be a HUGE improvement in efficiency and relaying…

  14. The agenda view makes it easier to see all clients for the day in a list rather than by provider. Providers often step in for others to manage time efficiently so it's easier to see who needs to be assisted rather than scrolling through the schedule.

  15. When a new service is added, I would like to choose "default settings."

    In my case currently (and I know this is not for all), it would be auto-assigning the new service to all locations (we only have one right now), all staff, etc. Also, ensuring that forms are updated to include that service. For example, new client intake should auto-add the new service.

  16. Different therapists are able to perform different services. We have to adjust every enhancement not good across the board for every therapist to an add on, and it makes things confusing and less fluid for our clients when booking.

    If a therapist is unassigned for a service enhancement, that should reflect when a client books online.

  17. Can there be a way to close out all marketing text messages once they are sent out, so they do not flood the open messages and then needs to be closed 1 by 1. There are hundreds.

  20. Could we add a feature to the cancellation tab that allows for direct follow-up with the client? It would be helpful if this also reflects the client's response or status change, so we can track engagement and offer rescheduling opportunities in a streamlined way.
