  1. Acquiring clients are VERY expensive. Sometimes people only check the first location in the toggle and blvds looking flow is very ridged and hard to get things in and out of the cart as well as understand what you are booking (it sometimes jumps to the next avail rather than showing it is booked)

  2. We have two locations, although under the Manage tab for each location we have a different logo, which also shows up on the booking widget, it does not show up in the console when you toggle to a different location. It seems to default to the main global logo instead of the per site one. It is hard sometimes to know what site you are looking at because the logo is the same for both.

  5. You guys should add more options after an image is uploaded to edit the image. We do a lot of before and afters and sometimes the photos need to be zoomed in and modified a bit to look correct before we can compare two images side by side.

  7. I would like the ability to import data in bulk for my clients. For example, I use an external forms application called JotForm. We have collected birthdays and addresses on these forms for the past several years. When we migrated from Square to Boulevard, that data did not come over from our clients because it was not in Square, rather the JotForms so now I would have to go into almost 1500 records one by one and update them, that is silly.

  8. I know Shopify is an integration, but having native online capabilities would be nice instead of having to build an entire Shopify website to sell products online. I know you can technically make products available to sell online via the booking widget, but that is not really a great option. Maybe having a easy online page that would sync with your created products that would look professional.

Right now when you duplicate an element on on a form, it goes all the way to the bottom of the form instead of appearing right where you duplicated it, which in most cases is where you would need the duplicate element. It is not efficient to have to scroll all the way to the end of the form and then move the element all the way back up to where you are at.

  11. There should be a way to have other fields open when you select a specific answer. For example, there is a question about whether this is there first time visiting the clinic, if they answer yes then they would get additional questions provided versus someone who has chosen no and already answered more of the client intake questions. There are many use cases for having this functionality.

  16. Staff members with client profiles should be allowed to opt out of their social media profiles from being scraped and added to their profile. I am a manager and by necessity I need a client profile (for training, testing, and for my own personal services), but I do not think it's necessary or helpful for everyone in my business to see those profiles (especially because it finds many obsolete accounts I don't recall/ don't actively use, etc). I would love if staff members, including myself, could turn that off from within the admin dashboard.
