  1. Having a priority tag for waitlists would be hugely helpful. Occasionally people have a client they want to contact first and as of right now you have to dig through all of the notes of individual clients, which can be quite a feat for longer waitlists.

  2. Add a built-in installment payment feature for service packages. This feature should allow clients to pay in multiple installments without needing third-party financing solutions like Cherry or Affirm. Similar to Zenoti, the feature would enable salons/spas to configure up to four scheduled payments, with each installment automatically charged to the client's saved card on file. This streamlined solution provides flexibility for clients, improves cash flow for the business, and enhances the overall customer experience by eliminating the need for external (and expensive) financing apps.

  3. Currently I am not able to manually book other appts or different blocked time appts on top of something that is already marked off. I have to go back and adjust the time etc for the time block to allow a new appt or time marked off to be created. We need to be able to touch the screen on the time and day and make whatever kind of appt or time block we want to ONTOP of what ever is already in that spot. Needs much more flexibility for adding multiple appts or tasks rather than having to go…

  4. It would be beneficial to have the maiden name of clients connected to their profile as well. We have clients get referred and list a client's maiden name or married name, but we can't find them in the system because their new/old last name isn't updated.

  5. Google workspace allows for hippa compliant licenses. MDs could use Blvd more as an EMR by using google docs and linking them into Blvd. This would allow them to create flowsheets such as weight loss, and use templated chart notes. Currently they would have to download the doc as a pdf and upload- which is alot of steps. A direct link would be much better

  7. A lot of our patients are having trouble with the book online link. When they're existing patients and they log in, the service menu does not appear. However, if they click "new patient? book now" it does give them the service menu. It's weird.

  16. we would love to be able to have an "add on" increase the processing time of the appointment. for example, we do IV therapy and have a 30 minute processing time when the IV is running in. we have an extra fluids Add on which adds 30 minutes for the IV to run in. as of now, when a client selects this it adds 30 minutes to the end of the appointment. we would love it to only add to the processing time so the staff is available for other clients.

  17. Need to get an alert that a note is "In progress" as having to remember who the patient is can become an issue. It is hard to remember in accuracy what else you may have done with a patient a week to several weeks after you have seen the patient. Filtering to only day of for form status is not an ideal process.

  19. Our old program had the client history tab - all history listed by date, everything in previous appts and purchases in one view without having to open the previous ticket.
    Makes it easier to see right away any products or services client had easily.
