We are finding a lot of clients go to fill out forms and get done and then somehow click the arrow "back" button and it erases all information so they think they have completed the forms, but it erases it all. Is there a way to change that back arrow from deleting everything? They dont seem to see the submit button all the way at the bottom when filling out.

  2. Blvd should drive sales by acting more as a landing page.

    1. pls make the auto apply button apply to NEW bookins not ones already there. I never want to discount sales I already have.
    2. Those apartments should be HIGHLIGHTED so people can find the deals.
    The way blvd is built there is no connection to offers and booking and we need to connect them PS no one can find the discount code line.

  3. The forms section of an appointment would be a perfect place to add it. Click the 3 dots on the side, and instead of just the print/new tab/delete add a "send reminder" button. We have run into multiple instances where someone will fill out 2 of the 4 forms, or we need one more that is specific and cannot send just one form reminder, we have to resend the whole thing.

  4. Woodward Barbers would like the ability to send same-day reminders out relative to the appointment time instead of just one time in the day. For example, they could send a reminder text two hours prior to appointment time (ie at 10am for a noon appointment and 2pm for a 4pm appointment) instead of 8am for all appointments that day.

  5. Please add the option to have an automatic calculation based off the answers clients filled in the forms - for example automatically calculate results from PHQ and GAD mental health scales that they fill out.

  9. “Other” drop down option in charts that populate a fill in the blank section or a similar concept of selecting a certain button on charting that populates another box for more information. This would help keep our basic charting clean and when needed, adding additional boxes and info.

  11. Offers currently don't allow much wiggle room. For instance we'd like to offer $50 off gift cards of $250 or more, however when we input the $50 off it will take that off every gift card purchased regardless of the amount. There needs to be more rule ability for businesses to maximize the offers they have for clients.

  15. Duplicate and set different parameters for Automated Campaigns.

    Currently I can only run 1 reminder to book automated campaigns with a variable date parameter.

    I would prefer to have two different ones, one to be automated to send 7 days after an appointment, and another to be automated to send 14 days after an appointment.

    Also the ability to rename the automated campaign. Currently I cannot customize the name and its hard to keep track if it is used for something else.

  19. The color scheme on the desktop version of BLVD differs from the app version when it comes to schedules. The app shows gray if a SP is not scheduled and white when they are scheduled, and the desktop is the opposite. It's caused some confusion with staff and would be great if it was cohesive throughout.
