  2. We have a booked forecast by staff summary which is used to track appointment volume by provider at each location, but it's also important to know how many of those appointments are for new clients. this helps understand the distribution for the following week/month.

  3. When using Groupon or other services where customers are not paying US directly, the only way to TAG that (mark this as a groupon pmt, for example) is to create a 'product purchase' for '$0.01' = since we do not enter (or know) the actual REAL total amount we are ultimately getting... (this applies to several third party partners that take a commission on a sliding scale)

    Can you please make the "Other Payment" option available EVEN when the total is $0.00??

    This would GREATLY improve our Reporting options!!

  4. You are currently not able to edit or delete a specific shift for shifts that are inputted with the recurring schedule feature. You should be able to edit a single recurring shift for an employee without it affecting their entire future schedule.

  9. currently when exporting a beta report you have to save to keep your customizations to exporting. It should export as is without having to save.

  11. Looking to streamline interoffice staff communications.

    Need interoffice staff communications like a CRM, notifying staff of things like: Policy update changes (with an alert with checkbox to acknowledge), as well as reporting on action taken and completion.

    Also looking for staff to text between rooms as well.

  13. There should be a "temporary hold" on the schedule when someone starts to book an appointment where the space is greyed out or something to alert others that someone is booking at that time to avoid double booking. This hold can be released after 2 minutes or something, but at least the slot won't be taken while someone is trying to put their information in. This could be for online and internal bookings.

  15. Please allow gift cards of larger amounts to be sold. we have multiple services $500 + and that is the max amount currently able to be sold.

    also, please allow 'walk-ins' or patients who call to purchase a gift card for a friend/family members account.

    scenario: we had a patients daughter call and want to purchase a giftcard for her moms upcoming visit ($1000)

    we had to checkout a $1000 account credit on the moms account and use the daughters card to do so. So now, I have no record that the gift card was purchased by her daughter, and…

  16. Please let us edit automated client emails like receipts and confirmations, in more detail. They sound generic, and it’s wild that this basic feature costs extra- as much as a phone bill! We just want our messages to sound like our brand. Many other platforms I compared you to offer client communication at no additional cost or at much higher quantities per tier. Please update this!

  19. Unread messages stay at the top of the message list. When marketing texts go out, we lose all our current conversations in the message list. With thousands of marketing texts going out, we have to scroll back all the way to find the unread messages from current conversations.

  20. Our previous platform allowed us to send texts or emails at a designated time, for example, 3 days after a select appointment type. This allowed us to send aftercare instruction specific to a treatment. It also allowed us to send an automated text follow up. Need more customized options for sending text and emails.
