  1. We'd like the ability to create offer codes that are restricted to specific service providers/barbers, not just services or products. This would allow us to:
    • Create promotional codes that only work when booking with specific staff members (like new hires)
    • Run targeted marketing campaigns to drive bookings to particular providers
    • Offer introductory discounts for new team members without affecting other staff bookings
    Currently, offer codes can be restricted by services, audience, dates/times, and locations, but adding provider restrictions would give businesses much more targeted promotional control.

  3. the business owner should be able to choose the limits to sell for gift cards most med spas $500 is not even close to ideal. i would like our limit set at $10,000.00

  8. We, too end up with confusion about online booking. People select a provider without realizing "First available" is an option, then they are locked out from seeing many potential appointments. I think it should default to First Available, and then have the option to choose a specific person.

  9. You should be able to customize which things show up in "Individual Appointments" and "Group Appointments" For instance, for something like couples massage I do not want to show up in individual appointments...but I can't customize that

  13. I had a client ask if it were possible to display the date of the booked appointment at the beginning of the subject line in the email confirmation. Otherwise, it looks like a bunch of the same emails at a glance when booking multiple appointments at a time. This would help the client see their appointment dates quickly, without having to click on a bunch of different emails.

  15. It would be great to be able to create essentially an "order set" when we have a typical group of products we sell as a package that we can edit. Like if I type in "pre-treatment kit" it automatically adds all the products contained in that kit to checkout. But the ability to edit once they're added is helpful in case, say, I swap out one cleanser for another.

  17. Currently, referral credit is awarded based on individual orders so if two clients are combined into one order, the referring client will only receive credit for one client. Clients should receive credit for all clients, regardless of if the new clients appointments were combined into one order.

  18. I need a report that sorts out detailed line items in a summary so that I can organize my income into Quickbooks. This also needs the ability to toggle on/off payment types so that I am getting the numbers for Credit Card Purchases, Checks, Cash, Account Balance.

    The Purpose is so when Boulevard pays out the credit cards sales, I can sort those payments into the respective category of sales in quickbooks.
