  1. It would be nice to have a hard visual delineation between the staff schedule and room schedule in the calendar. Currently looking at it in its full view, the two blend together as they both have the same greyed out background to show bookable times. If there could either be a bold vertical line between the two, or have a slightly different colored/patterned background (different than the grey), it would make it easier to know exactly where the staff schedules stop at a glance.

  2. It is confusing to have add ons appearing after a service's transition time. It would be nice to have them appear as the modifiers do or at least grouped with the service they are attached to.

  3. can you make it so merge client feature still works with phone numbers that have parentheses and dashes so it's easy for all of us to copy and paste from their profiles without having to manually remove them for it to work?

  4. We end up with many appointments for past dates. It is very tedious to manage each appointment individually to remove it from the waitlist. Being able to select multiple appointments to remove would be super helpful.

    Along with this, selecting date ranges to view would be helpful to ensure that appointments are in the correct date range for removal!

  6. Where are we on creating a report that separates taxable services and products from non-taxable services and products????? There are so many items that I had to list as retail for it to show up properly in the checkout area but they aren’t taxable so it’s becoming tedious

  9. Customers cannot understand the logic of why the price assigned to the service, based on voucher value, is what it is. They cannot make sense of it and the explanation is lengthy and only makes sense if you can see the internal dashboard.

    It would be better for client experience to have the full service value show on client facing receipts and the value of the voucher show internally only.

  10. The app (iOS) recently started showing staff not scheduled to work but with timeblocks in their schedule when set to the "is working" filter. This is not the same behavior as the dashboard view. It is confusing to show staff that do not have open schedules and kind of misses the point of "is working" if they aren't scheduled to work.

    We often have lunch breaks blocked on every day even if someone doesn't work. This ends up having them show up on the schedule even if they aren't working.

  11. Zero minute services just started showing up on the calendar taking up 15 minute blocks. We set them at zero minutes so they do not show on the calendar. Please go back to the way it was for this.

  12. When a patient is blocked from booking, give a warning when business is booking the appointment. As of right now it just says that the chosen provider cannot preform this service instead of saying that the patient is blocked when their name is typed in.

Some retail items are almost idential except for strength, size, etc. so the most accurate way to select the exact item being purchased at checkout is to scan it. allowing front desk to type it in instead can cause errors so it would be great to be able to require that they can only scan a barcode in.
