  2. When clients check out, after the welcome screen, having a "prebook your next appointment" button where they can do it directly from the iPad while they're in with us would be great. Added bonus-- a suggested timeframe/ note on the screen of when they should rebook for if they decide not to rebook right then.

  3. When we update a service on client's appointment, it doesn't automatically update the resource that's associated with the appointment. It should be linked so that it auto-populates when the new service is selected to avoid any issues.

  4. Zapier/Boulevard is currently limited to a handful of actions, none of which are product related. It would be helpful to have the ability to sell product on our business' external website and have the inventory count be updated and the sale recorded in Boulevard. Having those two actions added would open up a lot of possibilities.

  8. When a client has multiple months past due allow options to choose to override or waive months as an exception per client basis. Also when the next charge date is moved in order to process multiple past due months give the option as showing active and not paused.

  9. Being able to sign multiple family members in with the kiosk. Now it signs in 1 name multiple times. When that customer is assigned, it combines the multiple sign ins as 1 person instead of multiple. This causes issues managing the waitlist as the customers have arrived.

  12. When clients are paying with cash or gift card, I have to basically read off their whole cart, then tell them the tax and the total. It would be great if it just shows up on the iPad so it's not so super awkward!

  14. I would like if we could have one report that inludes all the commissions from services and retail plus gratuities. Right now we just have the summary report which does not have any details. We have to send many report to each technician instead of one.

  15. It would be great if there was a way to flag messages with clients or mark them as unread. Sometimes it can be really difficult if we read a message during the weekend for example but don't want to take action on it while we are not working. It would be nice to have a way to flag the message to come back to when we are back in the salon.

  17. Loyalty Point Accrual and Redemption "Rules" For example, ability to exclude certain products for product categories from earning points (like Green Circle Fees!). Another example, BLVD currently treats service packages as a "product", which accrue loyalty points, even though they are not technically products.

    Restrict redemption to only products or services that do not have other offers applied to them.

    Restrict redemption rules to either products or services, or both if desired...For example, if points are only accrued for product purchases, a restriction preventing them to be able to be redeemed for services would be ideal.
