Inventory depletion based on appt type. Every IV infusion I do should deplete 1 IV bag, co-band, alcohol swab, etc.
We should be able to have inventory depleted per appointment type. Every IV infusion I do should deplete 1 IV bag, co-band, alcohol swab, etc. The client should not be able to remove that modifier at checkout because it would mess up my inventory count.

Block time on device resource Calendar
Need to be able to block of time on resource calendar for specific devices. When a device is in repair or maintenance it cannot be booked.

Camera Grid & Alignment Templates for Consistent Photos
Add camera grids and face alignment templates (like RXPhoto) so photos can be lined up the same way every time. This would allow consistent before/after pictures with preset angles (front, profile, 45°) and make comparisons more accurate.

Routing Slip
A routing/travel slip for each appointment of the day, that has pertinent patient info like scheduled service, consents, allergies, credits, recent appointment history, etc. Providers can make notes on there to bring to front desk for checkout.

Calendar Colors
The ability to set service colors but ALSO staff colors. For example, we are a hybrid salon that offers commission and booth rental. I want to be able to keep services the color they are for the rest of my staff but it would be nice to be able to have an override that greys out the booth renters so it's easier to differentiate on the calendar.

Editable verbiage in the membership cancellation popups in the Client Portal
Ability to change the language used in the pop up windows when a client chooses to cancel their membership via the Client Profile

"Deactivate/Reactivate Employees" as its own privilege setting outside of Business Manager
Currently, only "Business Manager" or Admin user groups can deactivate/reactivate employee profiles.
It would help streamline operations to allow non-Admins to perform this function while not needing to have access to ALL Business Manager privileges.1 vote -

It is crazy to m that there is NO WAY to make a report such as the detailed line item report sortable to last name, first name format. This is a CRITICAL element to any business report. PLEASE update that ASAP.
(also please make it where on that report we can ditch the hug transaction id column- its unnecessary in a lot of our report needs and you wont let us remove that as a column when we wish) TY hope you guys do this update soon!!!1 vote -

Text notification to clients when they have a failed membership renewal payment, for them to update their card on file.
Ability to send text notifications to clients with failed membership billing, including a link to the client portal for them to update their payment method.

Have more attempts on membership renewal made by the system
Ability to set higher number of attempts for renewing memberships. Currently, the system will try to charge the client 3 days after the failed renewal, and again 3 days following that. Having the ability to modify this cadence and total number of attempts would allow businesses to automate how the system tries to resolve failed payments.

End of day reports
I am looking for a report that shows appointments that were on the schedule and NOT billed. This would be an "end of day report" to ensure all clients and appointments were checked out appropriately - even if it is billed out at $0.00

A link to individual stylist services and prices. We have individual bios for our stylists and would love to have a direct booking link in their bios that go directly to their services and prices only.

Put not started charts under the "forms and charts" tab so that we can access it easily instead of having to click into the "view appt"
This prevents the extra steps to get into the chart when we are looking at the gallery and then having to chart from that page.
