  1. When booking an appointment from the waitlist it will not automatically select required resources. This can result in overbooking a resource.

    The appointment booking flow should be identical to a regular appointment and include the resources.

    This also happens when rebooking appointments from the checkout window! You have to remove the service and re-add it to get the resource to populate

  4. Would like the option to add a preferred, and secondary provider to each client profile, for the purpose of scheduling, or rescheduling. If this could show up as abbreviations such as PP (preferred provider) or SP (secondary provider) on the calendar, that would be extremely helpful.

  5. it would be extremely useful and time saving to be able to navigate through the service menu on the management side using arrows to switch between individual services when they are opened for editing. it is extremely redundant to have to close the service only to open the very next make to make an edit and then exit out of that one and then open the next one to make an edit, etc.

    It would also be super handy to have the prices shown on the service list without having to open each individual service. And then also to be…

  14. Client notes listed can get lengthy when added to every appointment. It would be helpful if the notes would collapse and just show the date, then allow us to click on the date to expand each note.

  15. Would be great to have a number counter on mark ups screen. As a med spa that does a high quantity of neurotoxin, having a counter to double check units w/b very helpful. I understand this number would not be connected to inventory or front desk check out (which w/b ideal), having a counting system would also help prevent lost revenue.
