To better evaluate the effectiveness and ROI of our marketing efforts, we recommend the creation of a comprehensive report that consolidates key performance metrics for specific campaigns or promotions.
Currently, the available reports lack several critical data points, making it difficult to assess which initiatives are truly driving results and where adjustments may be needed. Having access to these insights is essential for making informed, data-driven decisions moving forward.
We propose a report (or a reliable combination of reports) that includes the following metrics:
Total revenue generated (attributed to the campaign or promotion)
Number of bookings tied to the campaign

Improve service provider communication about changes to appointments
Send notifications to service providers when their clients reschedule an appointment online. We, currently, only get notifications if there is the client schedules or cancels an appointment.

Appointment Auto-Duration
When appointments are scheduled and you have modified the time durations, it's very frustrating that if you adjust times or clinician, it changes the appointment duration back to the default, so you have to go back and correct it again. UGH!

Repeating Appointment Functionality
Repeating appointments and/or blocks need more functionality. For example, if you repeat an appointment once a month the system chooses the same date each month, which ends up choosing days we aren't even open. I am having to go edit every single repeating appointment to be spaced 4 weeks apart. We need option for Quarterly booking, and spacing a certain number of weeks apart, and/or being able to choose the day of the week. There is so much time wasted having to edit and re-edit and re-edit blocks & appointments. It's very frustrating!

Automated Campaign Audience Filters - Reminder to Book
When setting up an automated Reminder to Book campaign, we want to be able to filter the types of clients that the message is sent to - not just to all clients in our system. We have Botox clients that need to schedule 3-4 months out, compared to laser hair removal clients who need to come every 6-8 weeks or aesthetic clients who need to come in once a month. This feature is unusable if we are not able to target specific groups of clients.

Appointment Copying
At our office we book out the owner's VIP clients a year in advance and really NEED the capability to copy appointments. It's tedious and time wasting to have to book each thing, each month and re-edit the exact same things rather than being able to just copy an already booked appointment and paste it for the next time.

Intake form: even if patient signs off on paperwork, make the drop downs accessible for providers
Our clients often times do not complete their intake forms appropriately, so when i go over them with them the only way i can edit is by adding a note. Often times these notes are drop downs, which once "completed" by clients, the drop downs are not able to be accessed. Make it so that the not stays in its original form until the provider signs off on it.

Make it possible from front desk view for receptionist to resend paperwork
Our front office calls all the new consults for the week and explains the new client intake with them. It would be nice if they had an option from the "forms and charts" section to resend paperwork if needed.

We need to see a utilization metric for a resource calculated the same way it is for the staff. We also need to be able to put business blocks on a resource to calculate utilization appropriately.

Disposable / Virtual BINs / Virtual Credit Cards Abuse
An increasing number of first-time clients are booking online with virtual or disposable credit cards (Revolut, Privacy.com, etc.). When they no-show and we attempt to collect the cancellation fee, but the card is declined because it’s been deactivated. The result: lost revenue, wasted staff time, and appointment slots that could have gone to paying customers.
Other booking platforms are starting to address this problem and I hope that BLVD can follow suit as it is becoming a big issue for us.

Appointment Linking
We need a way to link or combine separate parts of appointments. Clients will move things around and/or combine appointments. Having to delete appointments and completely rebook them, just to combine with something else on a different day is time wasting.

There should be a simple and efficient way to modify or update a service during guest checkout without needing to delete and recreate the entire service entry. Additionally, any changes made should not remove the corresponding block from the calendar view.

Reports: Improved indication of Seller changes on completed orders
Currently, seller changes look like a a return and new sale, or like an exchange. We have "Staff Change" columns available but they add 5-6 additional columns to a report and still change the "refund" and "sale" lines. It would be great to have better indications that a staff change happened within an order to distinguish them from true returns or exchanges.
