Under the patient profile under "Products" show the providers name that adds product suggestions, and also who received commission.
Under patient profiles as well as at checkout with any previously purchased products show the providers name who sold the product the previous time.
Also under suggested products show the provider who suggested the product to the patient, so we know who to give commission credit to.

Inventory gets updated as a purchase order is completed.
It would be nice if inventory was updated as the purchase order is completed in the system. Everything is out of order and it takes a long time to go in and add the received stock.

Same Service Double Booking Alert within X Timeframe
An alert for internal teams and/or clients that book the same service (e.g. haircut) within a certain timeframe (e.g. one month).

Show providers more client information (pronouns, notes)
Our providers are currently unable to see client pronouns in their mobile boulevard app. They also can't see scheduling alerts, or any client profile notes (they can only view appointment/internal notes). We need pronouns to be available at a glance, and for other notes to be viewable when entering the profile.

Report Permissions
I’d like to request an enhancement to the Privilege Groups settings regarding access to summary reports. Currently, there is an option to hide commission reports, but there is no way to restrict access to other specific reports under the Summaries tab.
For example, I’d like my front desk staff to have access to the Inventory Summary and Daily Schedule reports but not to financial reports or other sensitive data. However, as it stands, allowing access to summaries gives them visibility into all reports rather than just the ones relevant to their role.

Update Gift cards to work like the new vouchers
The new voucher report is wonderful for showing sales, redemptions and expirations. It would be great to update gift cards so we can set expiration dates and have them automatically expire and have the same style report for them.
Expiration is not legal in all states, but it is in my state, and Boulevard makes this SUPER hard to do as there is no report showing when gift cards are sold, it is all sorted by the last use.

Resource Scheduling book in numbered order
We would like the ability to assign Numbers to resources so they could be booked in order.
For example, if we had three rooms - Room 1, Room 2 and Three. We would like Boulevard to add logic to Resource scheduling that would book Room 1 first, then for another appointment Room 2, then Room 3.
Obviously still keeping staff schedules into account, but booking in order.

Gallery: Upload from image URL
Useful when leads submit forms with images attached. Uploading to the Gallery via image URLs would allow us to have all client info in Blvd. Instead of just text details (name, email, phone, etc) in Blvd while the photos have to be accessed elsewhere.
This ability could allow an easy Zapier integration for an Add Images To Gallery action.
Heck, uploading images via URL could simplify data migration for new Blvd subscribers.
Gallery uploads being limited to local storage feels a little outdated in this modern world.

Prioritize certain resources for certain services
We offer facial/laser and lash services. We have rooms and lash beds. Lashes can be done in rooms and on the beds but id like to be able to prioritize the resource lash beds be booked first for lashes over a room since facials can't be done on the lash beds and it prevent online booking sometimes since the system randomly chooses rooms first for lashes instead of the lash beds.
I want lashes to still be able to be booked in rooms if the lash beds are full so I don't want to take away the option to book…3 votes -
Hide services that a provider does not perform when booking
Not all our providers perform all our services. When we are booking an appt, If you click under a persons name, under the dropdown of services it shows all our services. It would be nice if just the services that provider does pops up.

No booking when therapists aren't scheduled
Not allowing in-house booking on days therapists AREN'T actually scheduled on the books. Or online booking from clients when the therapists books are not open. This causes more confusion and more work/missed appointments/losing money for business.

Purchase Order to Include Product Price Field
Leviticus would like a way to update product pricing from the purchase order screen. For example, when you make an order we're waiting on and it arrives and the price has gone up, I would love if changing the unit price could update the product price.

Unable to save
Unable to save new template created at times even when Page has been refreshed and logged in.

Clients need notifications on when their Pauses are about to end so they are prepared to be charged
Too many clients complain about not knowing if they are paused on a membership or when they are about to end their pause and get charged without notifications.... it would be helpful to send out a confirmation email on when they pause starts and ends. this will cause so many less client issues for us.
