  1. We left Meevo and they had a nice app where we could cut data easily on historical performance for each location.

    You can see yesterday, last week, this month, last month, Month-to-date performance. You can also compare that performance against a variety of time periods from your fingertips.

  2. There needs to be an easier way to assign services to a new staff member. Clicking each service then going to "staff" and then toggling their name on is such a waste of time.

    From the staff member's page you should be able to click into "services" and easily toggle services on and off, not click "customize" then click "assignable" then click "save" ... there is way too much clicking going on. For such a new platform, this work flow is so outdated. I came from Booker which is such an old platform and their workflow is much easier.

  3. We have several clients that wish to use their card on file to pay for other people (their spouse, friend, child, etc.) when they don't have an appointment at the same time. It is frustrating for us as the business as well as clients to have to re-enter their card information onto each client's profile they wish to pay for. If there was a way to easily transfer that information such as setting up a paying client or marking clients as minors under a parent account so their card will populate, that would be very helpful.

  4. Right now modifier costs are totaled and can't be seen by client at checkout iPad. We have a lot of clients ask for a breakdown and then we have to handwrite it on random paper. It's weird.
    For example: We have a service "Laser Hair Removal" with modifiers by area such as underarms, bikini, etc. We need to see the price breakdown by modifier from the client side and also in the "History Tab"

  5. Some elements in form/charts need follow up questions, they only need to show if the first part is used. It's bulky to have them all show even if it's not relevant.
    Examples:
    Question 1: checkbox A is selected -> show follow-up Question B
    or
    Element 2 photo has markup -> require Question C.

  6. Lumi Skin Bar would either like the resource to be remembered when "add to calendar" is used to book an appointment OR they would like a privilege setting to disallow front desk to use this button. Currently when they use "add to calendar" to book, BLVD doesn't remember the resource they intend to reserve.

  7. currently clients can only Opt-In to Text Marketing via logging into their online client profile or online booking. It would be efficient/ideal for the practice to inquire on their New Client Intake Forms. It would w/out a doubt yield a higher client Opt-In overall and create ease both for practice as well as clients.

  8. Not all services are HIPAA-covered, so there are specific forms and charts that will contain PHI, and others that will not. It would be beneficial to be able to indicate that an employee can view completed forms/charts for all except those pertaining to HIPAA-covered services since they're not offered at all locations, but would still need to be able to view those for other non-covered services.

  12. currently the location selection for Offers will default to all locations and to customize this, we need to select each location individually. it would save time to be able to keep "select all" and de-select individual ones (for instances where most but not all are eligible). this becomes a little more manual the more locations exist

  14. The new SMS marketing tool allowed for UPCOMING APPOINTMENT options but not one of them is NOT BOOKED. We need a way to filter based on services and last apppointment say before 2 weeks ago but then to filter out those who have booked their appointment to be able to text blast appointment reminders that are tailored.

  16. Would like the option of removing the promo code field from online booking. The way your system is set up if i do an general $25 off the ticket it gets applied to very service item which isnt our promotion. so i do not want them to think there is a promo code when booking online since they have to come in for the promo code.

  20. It would be very useful to send messages from clients as a text message to my phone. It is not useful that i can get a text that my client has 'arrived" but not a message that they are running late, want to cancel last minute or message me to reschedule. We are a small and busy clinic that does not sit in front of computer monitors watching for messages.
