More support
It would be great if there was more support after signing up with BLVD, it is so difficult to get any help other than "look at the videos". Those are so short that they are of no help. I was told that you only get a short window of support and then you are on your own. If i knew that prior, I would have reconsidered my choice.

I second the previous comment, the videos are useful on a basic level and a great place to get started. Anything you want to know more should go to your customer support rep (via email or phone) or top right of blvd (while on computer) and use the Help Chat. They pretty much always respond within 5 minutes and I'm at least heading in the right direction. I've been with Millennium, shortcuts, and vagaro and have not had as much support as I've had with Blvd. I hope you get the help you need!

^^^Posting this as maybe you will get a ping. There is LOADS of support. It is the best support we have had over multiple systems. Chat them, if your confused they will call you...Their support is the best
