  2. We often put temporary blocks on the books with a date indicated to let our reception team know when that block should be released. For example: "Block for Jones wedding (EOD Jan 20)"

    Obviously that is an imperfect method because it requires manual review by our reception team.

    It would be ideal if we could set the block to expire automatically on a day of our choosing-- with whoever created it getting a notification in the process.

  3. We often place temporary blocks while we are waiting to hear back from clients, and it would be helpful to be able to search for "BLOCK" to see all those instances.

    We also do weddings, but on occasion a wedding appointment gets lost in the shuffle. So we would like to be able to search "Wedding" to see all upcoming wedding appointments.

  4. When adding new clients to boulevard using the ios app, on our phone...we are unable to add a credit card to keep on file like we can using the website. Would love to have this be an option when booking an appointment. There isn't even a way to add it after the appointment is made from the app on our phone. Very limited access. If this can't be done there should be way to have a confirmation email sent to those clients to confirm their personal info along with adding their credit card like they would if they booked online…

  5. When I'm searching through a patient's payment history and going into an order I want to be able to get directly back to that clients order history...but once you open an order you can't go back and need to start over by searching for the client again. Would save a ton of time when searching through an individual's orders for something

  8. When a client no shows, keep their appointment on the schedule instead of cancelling it and removing it entirely. If their missed appointment could stay on the schedule, once marked as a no show it could change color or be labeled.

  17. The current workflow for Medical Director chart review and sign-off in Boulevard is difficult to navigate and can be time-consuming. At the moment, there is no clear way to:
        •    Easily see which client charts still need to be completed by staff
        •    Identify which charts are pending Medical Director review and signature
        •    Track which charts have already been signed off

    Additionally, there is no automatic notification sent to the Medical Director when charts are ready for review and signature, which can lead to delays and confusion.

    Suggested improvements:
        1.    Automatic Notifications: Send an automatic alert directly to the Medical Director when charts…

  18. boulevard needs to make a way for medspas to enter diagnosis codes and cpt codes. currently we dont even have a way to make that information show up in notes on a patient receipt.
    Patients that wish to send to an insurance company on their own have to have this information.

    You also DEFINITELY need a way to make a non global area on a patient receipt to add notes for the patient to see

  20. We have numerous providers at our practice, and some work from home on random days, it would be extremely helpful if we were able to customize booking based on their availability. For example; if Kady was working from home on Tuesday, client's could not book lab work with Kady on Tuesdays, but the providers who are in-office are able to be booked.
