  1. Under client notes, it would be great if you could customize the categories (such as adding different sections for notes). We have clients who do numerous different services (hair, facials, massage, etc) and having designated areas for service tech's notes would be so much easier! :)

  2. The business wants to be able to reinstate a completed appointment as there are times where they are completed in error and they need the time to open back up but reversing the appointment completion is not currently an option.

  5. it is very confusing that the app background for availability is white and the closed hours are grey and the desktop version is completely opposite. Please adjust it to reflect exactly how it appears on the dashboard.

  10. Objective:
    To implement new safety measures to protect company data, specifically by managing access to the newly updated Clients tab and the ability to create and view targeted audiences.

    Background:
    With the recent update to the Clients tab, users can now 'drill down' into client data and create targeted client lists. Previously, a client list with 12,000 entries was not very actionable, but with the new update, users can filter and extract valuable information. This poses a potential risk if sensitive data falls into the wrong hands.

    Current Situation:
    Turning off client list access is not a viable solution as…

  12. Product should have default POS amount. Dont always start at 1 always but default 5 , 25 or 100. Important when selling multiple of single item or unit.

  14. Right now, I have to figure out a way to get forms to clients when they sign up for a membership, and there's no decent automated workflow available for this. It is cumbersome. So instead of trying to automate it, I send the forms myself... but this is counterintuitive for someone that is actively purchasing a membership, spending the money, and then receiving a contract to sign later on - after they've already committed themselves. It needs to happen in order, in the same workflow process.

    A new membership purchase might not be caught until later on in the day…

  15. Our office would like to be able to create bundle service packages with prepaid treatments that can be received at a later date. Example: package of 3 microneedling treatments that are done 4-6 weeks apart. The patient can purchase them all at once at a discounted rate but we need to be able to into the invoice and receive or finish the services for records.

  18. We would like our front desk to get an email anytime a client books online and has a scheduling alert in their profile OR if a client leaves a note in their appointment when booking online. This will prevent our front desk from missing important notifications and changes that need to be made ahead of time to an appointment can take place before the day-of.

  19. Some of our stylists have suggested having a direct link to book with them for their IG profiles. This would save the client time from being directed to the booking link on our website and have to choose their preferred service provider.

  20. Our patients are requesting the ability to send and receive documents/attachments to our office securely through the patient portal.

    It would also be helpful if patients could view a read-only version of documents they have previously signed (ie: post-treatment reminders).
