  1. We like to look at our appointment metrics for the week and/or month, and it would be helpful to be able to pull up the total number of canceled appointments or total number of no-show appointments so we can see the % of patients actually showing up vs # booked. Currently you have to count manually for each day under the cancelations tab on the calendar view.

  2. Essentially we sell time! It is super important for us to be able to plan and budget knowing how many hours have already been reserved in an upcoming time period versus how many hours are available. This information is critical for us to track our growth and plan for the upcoming month with budgeting as a team based salon!

  4. Nightly sales report via email. Each night you receive an email with how much you made for the day/weekend. This is what will be deposited into your bank account the following day(mon-thurs). The weekend will be sent out on Sunday night(fri-sun) Includes a list of the follow: clients name, date of service including tips. This includes gift cards sold. Gloss Genius has this feature and I loved it. Bummed its not here.

  5. It would be nice if we could add the offer code at time of booking. Apparently this happens for online purchases with promo codes, but not in-house. In-house it can only be added at checkout which means we need to create a cheat sheet of codes so they can add to notes to remember to apply it at the appointment day, leaving a lot of room for staff mistakes.

  8. It would be great to have access to adjust an order after it's been completed. If it was finalized wrong, for example, missing a discount, it would be great to adjust the original order by "refunding" the first service/product, then adding it correctly and then finalizing again so that we are only adjusting the client's payment by the difference instead of refunding the entire thing, just to rebook and finalize again.

  11. Option to remove self check in on the DUO app. Clients often come in and attempt to self check in, but we have a fully staffed front desk and it slows down the work flow for the clients to try and self check in.
    Or we go to check them out and they attempt to check in first, even though they've been checked in. This messes up the check out process. The option to remove this would be so helpful!

  13. Control over locking start times based on staff, category, or service.

    A universal start time can be set for example all appointments are at the top of the hour. However, some of our services are not a full hour long, or others require more setup time and cannot begin at the top of the hour when sharing a resource with daily operations.

    It would be great to have a way to have controls over start times that had more adaptability.

  14. Having an option to bypass tax collection on a sale when selling to an individual who has tax exempt status. This would differ from an Other payment type in that it would not give the front desk an option to create another open-text field.

  20. I would like you to add additional fields to the Reports. Specifically related to cancellations. It would be great to see # of No Shows, # of Cancellations and Reschedules so I can add them to the report I pull.
