  1. We NEED updates on the booking widget like yesterday. It is so difficult to have clients have to book each individual parts of a package with different service providers. For packages that have 4 different services, clients get so annoyed having to add of their services. Plus, it is so messy the way the booking widget looks. We NEED subcategories to be able to separate out member bookings and nonmember and then have services within each of those categories. Other booking softwares do this, why can't we?

  2. Audience and day schedule is too limited. Employee need more info at a glance or dig through for relevant processing. Name , phone, email but then Last seen, service, charges, new, established, appt time, last appt time, future appt time , tag applied , membership, credits available. Just a big database to build profile and surface good info for today's clients or upcoming.

  6. We have quite a few families that we see as clients and the parent wants to use the CC on file. Instead of having to type the card number in each profile, it would be beneficial to be able to group them under one profile.

  7. Alert the client when booking online that they already have a profile. Clients make multiple profiles because they can't remember their password or don't remember they have a profile and they end up creating multiple, which is a problem when we go to look at their history and their is nothing there. We then have to search if they have another profile.

  9. I would love for it all to be in one place. I am not interested in a scale or things like that more so to know what we've ordered and used vs. not. Not sure how this can be done but would just love a way to keep color inventory and things like foils in one place instead of adding another service for me to keep track of:)

  11. Setting that requires a card on file for ALL in house appointments. An appointment cannot be made, without having a card on file. Multiple team members frequently forget to collect card info when scheduling in house appointments. It would be helpful to have a setting that would not allow them to forget to collect card information to schedule the appointment.

Our SOP used to be to target special incentives or routing clients to new staff of the departed team member by emailing or texting them the offer or to ask them to give us a call so we can warm hand them to who we hope will take care of them going forward. In order to do this we want to create filters of Provider=Deactivated Staff, Last APPT=>30 days, Next APPT=0.

  18. We need to see all appointment adjustments from the appointment details section, such as when the service, service duration, or resource is changed, not only if it was rescheduled.

    (EX. Jane Doe changed the service from ABC to XYZ, or Jane Doe shortened the appointment from 1 hour to 45 minutes)

  19. Online booking members have been recreating accounts because they put in a different email address than the one originally provided. In turn this makes them two different accounts, one of which has all vouchers/memberships/history attached, and one that doesn't. This poses a problem at check out when they aren't able to redeem vouchers/memberships without reception or provider knowing to merge the accounts beforehand.

Create a way to create tasks and tag other colleagues, etc. For example, be able to flag an appt and ask the front desk staff to reschedule, tag something for someone else to review, create a task for someone to call and follow up with someone about something and choose the staff I want to assign it to
