  3. We need to see all appointment adjustments from the appointment details section, such as when the service, service duration, or resource is changed, not only if it was rescheduled.

    (EX. Jane Doe changed the service from ABC to XYZ, or Jane Doe shortened the appointment from 1 hour to 45 minutes)

  4. Online booking members have been recreating accounts because they put in a different email address than the one originally provided. In turn this makes them two different accounts, one of which has all vouchers/memberships/history attached, and one that doesn't. This poses a problem at check out when they aren't able to redeem vouchers/memberships without reception or provider knowing to merge the accounts beforehand.

Create a way to create tasks and tag other colleagues, etc. For example, be able to flag an appt and ask the front desk staff to reschedule, tag something for someone else to review, create a task for someone to call and follow up with someone about something and choose the staff I want to assign it to

  7. I realize there is a cancellation button. It would be great if the calendar marked when there used to be an appointment there and notes when it was canceled, if it was rescheduled, etc. Right now it just shows as an empty spot on the calendar as if there wasn't an appointment there originally. You then have to track down who the appointment was originally for.

    Also, it would be nice if it flagged people that canceled inside/outside of your cancellation policy. Right now someone can cancel with less than 24 hours and we wouldn't know. Thanks!

  8. Sometimes Grace answers the phone in cookeville and needs to book someone for lebanon but she cant see lebanon because she isnt a provider there

  10. I run several reports where I need things like all orders with discounts. The only reliable way to get this is to select each discount reason as an "include" filter (Thanks to people being able to type anything I now have 300+ discount reasons to add). It would be much easier to have it give an "is not blank" option for the discount field. That would catch all discount reasons (especially if someone can manually add a discount at any time that I need to know about to add to the report)

  12. We need to submit files that are larger than 1mb and more than 750 characters. We have a lot to say and a large consent file with images that needs to be submitted. Creates challenges shortening these if we are going to attempt to win them

  15. Can we please have a screen which list the duplicate entries for clients. At this time there is no clear way to identify duplicate clients.

  16. More visible change to page when toggling between different locations. It could be as simple as the information bar at the top changing colors or the logo changing . Something more eye catching to let Client services know what location they are making changes to

  17. Need the option on the backend/accounting settings where employers can input commission % on/for each products/services/etc. so the service providers are able to see what they are actually getting paid for, for each item on a sales ticket individually.

  18. Change the order in which you select add ons to after you select a professional. Not all providers can do all add ons, especially when businesses have multiple estheticians using multiple different product lines.

  19. In 2024 the tap to save a credit card option should be a given. Having to hook up a USB swiper is both cumbersome and not secure. This should definitely be an option with Duo integration.
