  2. Make customer service available by phone 24/7! We pay $300 (at least I do) to not be able to call and get some questions answered is a little crazy. I wanted to open a new account for a new location and I have to wait 4 days to speak with someone? My schedule changed and I missed the scheduled call. Now I have to wait until next week? I have a report I have to pull up that just won't show me accuracy. It means I have some settings on wrong so now I have to type out my issue…

When adding a location to an existing provider &/or when making adjustments to service customizations it would be great if the service settings could be set at the employee level instead of the location level as their assignability, pricing and timing remains the same across locations for the most part.

  6. Inventory audits are TIME CONSUMING! Currently physical counts are then manually compared to Boulevard counts, which adds up to hours of time investment each month. Would love the option to upload a form that includes our physical counts, which would then auto-flag items with discrepancies. This would save a tremendous amount of work. (This functionality exists in other software brands, so would also help to keep Boulevard in par with its competitors) :)

  8. The options on blocking time on the schedule are limited. When adding a specific date range, we need a "daily" option so that it blocks off each day of that time frame. When clinicians have long vacations for example, we have to block each day separately-which seems like a waste of time when a daily option would make it so simple. Thanks!

  10. Our clients are getting SO FRUSTRATED having to re-type their name, DOB and that date on every form at check-in. These should really auto-populate once assigned to the client. I know it's definitely possible, as I created out forms on Form Designer on our old software and those auto-populated.

  11. I want to easily have my staff members to be able to easily view ratings in boulevard without a complicated process of basically changing their settings to view reports as if they are admin staff. Thanks!

  14. UNIQUE discount code that can only be used ONE time, ability to create a code like a referral code that is unique to a person that can only be used once. Imagine you can gift something like an IV to a friend

  15. Boulevard should enable an option to restrict provider availability to Established Patients ONLY, preventing New Patients from booking while still allowing ongoing care for existing ones.
    I feel that an option like this would significantly help many providers keep their good established patients, while allowing new patients to book with other in-office providers and help build up their clientele as well!

  17. When charting certain injectables such as neurotoxins there may be numerous pins and having to shrink each pin size is extremely time consuming. The ask is to be able to select a default pin size for the chart as a whole versus having to resize each one. Having a legend on the side would be helpful as well if pins would not show all the details within the photo.

  19. The new expiring forms feature is wonderful, however we would like our clients to be able to review their previously filled out intake forms and then update any changes they have rather than filling out a whole new form.
