The new expiring forms feature is wonderful, however we would like our clients to be able to review their previously filled out intake forms and then update any changes they have rather than filling out a whole new form.

Sometimes we need to send patients consents without them needing an appointment like membership consents or photo releases etc, however, there is no way to send consents to fill out without an upcoming appointment.

Send provider text when patient is done checking in
instead of the provider text coming in the second the patient puts in their phone number, send the text when they are finished filling out any and all forms

Memberships/ Beauty Bank $$$ should be automatically added to account credit
Membership $$$ amount should be automatically added to account credit each month. It would eliminate human error and keep memberships (beauty banks) up to date at all times.

Currently you can only send photos via text campaigns but there should be an option to add images to direct texts with patients

Not be able to book more pedicures than we have pedicure chairs.
The current system allows more pedicures to be booked than we have chairs available. Causing us to have to reschedule clients to another time and/or day. This happens with online booking as well as in house booking.

Ability to include/exclude specific stylist/therapists etc for discounts
When the business creates a discount,the business should be able to include/exclude specific participants (i.e senior stylists or therapists). This is helpful when newer staff needs more support in booking and we can drum up business with a pop-up discount.

We're not able to upload photos when messaging clients. We send photos of the hair extensions they need to purchase for their upcoming appointments.

Each employee should sign off or initial when making changes to the schedule
We can't keep track of who is making changes, making appointments or cancellations so sometimes its hard to determine who the client spoke to. I know we can sign in and out every time but our office has one desktop we all use to check clients out and logging in and out is not realistic for us. There needs to be some sort of initials or sign off when doing anything to the schedule.

A way to disable new clients from booking with a server provider who is only accepting current clientele
The Problem
Many seasoned service providers (e.g., hairstylists, massage therapists, personal trainers) reach a point where their schedules are full, and they prefer to maintain relationships with existing clients. However, the current system doesn't allow them to filter who can book. This creates several challenges:Providers have to manually decline or reschedule new client appointments, creating friction.
New clients may feel frustrated after booking only to be told they can’t be accommodated.
This increases admin overhead and reduces the provider’s satisfaction with our platform.
The Solution

Create a report that shows rescheduled appointments or add that as a filter in the cancellation appointment tab.
It is hard to keep track of rescheduled appointments unless you know exactly which client was in the spot that no longer has an appointment. This needs to be added to the cancellation reports as a filter that we can see or a seperate report itself. We have lots of clients that will last minute reschedule and we aren't able to keep track of them because they are still keeping their appointments.

I find it completly unprofessional of Boulevard to not offer report that shows inventory on past dates and ranges. This is a critical part of auditing a business and financial tracking. This needs to addressed.2 votes -

Client Notes: Add surgery section, better yet- add custom tabs so practices have flexibility. Allow linking to forms/charts.

Treatment notes transferring to new form
When pulling up a new form for charting on a returning client, it would be nice to see the last treatment note from the previous appointment. Instead of having to go out of the chart and into the last treatment date forms. It could show up as an uneditable greyed out note under the treatment notes box.

Sandbox Instance
It's a pipe dream, I'm sure— but it would be amazing to have a full duplicate instance of our account so our trainees can work on everything BLVD without the risk of messing anything up.
All the training materials are great, but since there is no sandbox, our trainees have to work on live clients and schedules, which then requires someone to be with them to ensure they don't accidentally make a big mistake while learning.
