  1. It would be very helpful and time-efficient to be able to select a date range on the "Schedule" view, instead of being only able to select one day at a time.

  2. A way similar of merging client profiles, but for staff/employees. Let's say a service provider leaves the company but returns at some point. We of course would like to market to the previous clients and also have reports under the same name. At present if for some reason a manager makes a new profile for the employee, there will always be two. Without the ability to merge, as time goes on the issues continue indefinitely.

  4. Currently there's only 2 options when to send forms, on the first appointment or every appointment. If there was a way to also add more time ranges. This would be good since we are a medspa and having all the clients sign new consent forms would be important.

    If we can perhaps add "First appointment + On the first of the year" or something like that!

  6. Lumi Skin Bar uses a lot of modifiers for their services. They would like to see them be required, or at least more visible, when booking from the desktop. They are aware and like that they are required for online booking.

  9. Not all users who have access to the client profile should be able to change a voucher's expiration date. This impact liabilities and makes it too easy for any user to honor services beyond the company's sales rules. It should be approved and updated by management only.

  10. limit the ability for services to be booked by only specific clients, such as clients who have a membership. Some of our services are for members only and we do not offer them to non-members. However, currently either anyone can book the service online or none of our members can book the service online.

  12. MELT by Melissa would find it super helpful to be able to have new products added in BLVD be synced to Shopify. Currently it only syncs from Shopify to BLVD, and they tend to add products in store before launching online sales.

  15. Our previous software allowed you to adjust a transaction as if you were checking it out, and then placing it on hold. When the client checked out the transaction was saved. This is very helpful for changing a service, etc. before the client actually checks out.

  16. I want to look at a client's voucher activity, which includes totals, on a given date. This is for the purposes of auditing a client's account to ensure correct application of vouchers. If there could be some sort of "Voucher History" with totals at the end of each date, that is greatly needed.

  17. When there is a cancelation, we want to try to fill it with a similar length appointment type to fill a gap in the schedule. It would be easier to filter the appointments by amount of hours rather than having to go through the full list manually.

  18. The colors are overwhelming. For example, the pink on Pink and green on green. I suggest a white background for everything with a colored trimmed. Take a look at Mindbody or Booker for some ideas.

  20. Time to Purchase Prompt!
    When it's time for a client to repurchase it will auto prompt at check out to suggest repurchase of that item they may be running low on. Meevo does this and clients love this feature.
