  1. Say someone comes in and gets 10 units of Botox at $12/unit ($120) and the business charge is $8/per unit. The business should get $96 back before commission is paid out but if there is just a flat fee and it is not set per unit then they are only getting $8 back for 1 unit. and everyone gets a different amount of units so we can't just put a random number in the business service charge.

  5. We have multiple instances where client refunds are moved to account balance because of exchanges or errors and then we cannot refund the account balance or create a refund without an order. The system duplicate charged an account balance somehow and I can't issue a refund to the client without waiting 4-6 weeks?

  9. We would like to be able to have a Saved Day View on Boulevard.

    For example, on Booker, we can customize and save the schedule view base on the day and when another employee logs in, they are able to select that view so the schedule is organized for them.

    Management for our spa prepares this for the front desk employee so we know exactly what the rotation of massage technicians is for that day.

  12. A lot of patients schedule an appointment with a different email address, and it creates a new profile even though the phone number is the same. I wish the system would recognize that the phone number is already in the system and confirm with the patient whether or not they are new so that we don't have to merge client profiles as often.

  13. The receipts are a daily issue for us. The patients call back all day wondering why they see so many charges but can't seem to easily navigate to what they paid. I think its the panic the feel and the confusion... This is in regards to the screen on the ipad showing the full amount which could be in the thousands but their actual discounted charge for a pkg or special.
