Link of dates and times within messages to the corresponding date/time in the calendar view
We communicate with clients via messages as much as possible rather than using the spa phone to text. When communicating about booking dates and times that we are offering them based on their preferences, it would be great to click on those to take us directly to that spot on the calendar as a shortcut for booking or searching alternatives. Quicker navigation.

Allergy content from Client Profile -> History to show on the quick view of the appointment on Front Desk
This would allow the aestheticians to see all potential allergic interactions with product on the client ticket quick view on the ticket. It's quick access. I hope that made sense!

Auto-toggling all services on so services can be toggled off
Currently, all services need to be assigned one by one even when the service category is toggled on. Instead of all of them being toggled off at the start, it would make things easier to have them auto-toggled on and admin can toggle off the ones that don't apply.

Multiple appointment cancellations
When cancelling multiple appointments from the client profile - currently I can only cancel one at a time. After each cancellation, i'm returned to the Front Desk. Is there an option to revert back to the client profile so I don't have to search the client again and repeat the whole process?

Under Manage --> Schedule - Make the dates at the top static so when scrolling through employees, the dates are still visible at the top
So we aren't guessing as to the date for employees that are below the scroll

Create a Suspended membership status
Ability to apply a Suspended membership status to indicate Past Due member but prevent from continually attempting to charge cards.

Ticket for only a tip
We have clients that have comped services or services that are provided by the studios and they want to add a tip to the ticket, but there's no way to just tip the service provider without making a second appointment or leaving the ticket open which can impact reporting. Need a way for a client to just leave a tip for the stylist without any other transaction

Assistant Privileges
Need Assistants to have access to one or two stylists schedules and those stylist client names, but no other client information. Don't want them to see the full schedule/calendar, they just need to know the schedules of the stylists they're assisting

Link client appointment if appointment already exists on that day on mobile
If a service provider creates an appointment for a client on their phone and that client has an existing appointment that day, the mobile app won't link the two like the dashboard does.

A full day report for the Register
There should be a full report of what was in the register from start of day to end of day - image attached from old system. If the register was short it stays short and we know when that happened in one report without having to search. Shows all of the day's transactions in one place/report.

Supplier Search on Purchase Orders
We are very product heavy and have many suppliers. Right now, all suppliers are randomly listed when building a purchase order. Would be great to have a faster ability to search for suppliers. At minimum, have them listed alphabetically
