  1. I LOVE that the software is always growing and being packed full of new features. The more the merrier! But, many times these emails throw the salons into gossip-nados in which staff feel the features are already here. There is no warning or prep time in which my managers and myself have before staff start insinuating that we are locking things away from them or hiding functionality. This is especially difficult as the emails are written in a way that voices that the features are all available already which makes it seem only that the managers and owners aren't doing…

  2. Specials, promotions, voucher services sometimes do not need pricing to be showed externally since they make no sense to the clients anyway. Should be a way to make it so that these services can only be paid for using vouchers and not case equivalents or other payment methods.

    • Let's say a client has 5 vouchers for service X that they purchased for $1000
    • Service X costs:

    ** Stylist A, $150
    ** Stylist B, $200
    ** Stylist C, $215

    • The externally shown value should either not be viewable or an ability to show a mock amount on these services, in this case they would all show as $200 and then when rang up on the commission report they would "discount" to the proper amount which in some cases may even be POSITIVE discounting.

    Right now online booking shows the internal values which is NOT good for the clients to…

  3. We don't want online booking available at some of our locations, but want prospective clients to know those locations exist when they're looking at the website to book. Would like to have the option to have that location show on the widget and when a Client clicks on the location there would be a note telling them online booking is unavailable and to please call in to book

  6. Promo codes can not be applied to gift card purchases at this time. During the holidays, if someone wants to purchase a $100 gift card, they can buy it for $80 instead of the full $100.

  7. Having two manage pages is confusing when trying to explain to someone where things are located. Would be easier to have one "Manage" page and a "Location" page.

    Have to direct them by telling them to use the gear icon in the top right of the page to get to the Manage Business page, Not to click on Manage at the top which would take them to the manage location page.. they still get confused.

  8. We would the ability to create a second column for staff members so that their assistants can take on some of their clients for specific services.

    Example: a client books their single process color with the service provider listed online, but on the back-end, the assistant would perform the actual service.

  9. When a client late cancels or no-shows, BLVD defaults to 50% of the service amount, but we would like to make this percentage customizable to reflect what is on our website. We are doubling the service amount by adjusting the price, but it is a manual process we would like to automate

  10. Some service providers prefer not to provide services for specific clients, but they are welcome to book with others. If there was a block function, we would not have to manually change appointment times/dates on other schedules.

  11. Very useful to show a report over a time range of what promos or discount codes were used. This can help a business determine if their running promotions are having traction, also used to audit whether the discounts are being used properly.

  12. there needs to be a way for certain services to be scheduled before others. For example: color should almost always be booked before cuts. Currently the services just bounce to the first available regardless of time or sequence.

  14. We communicate with clients via messages as much as possible rather than using the spa phone to text. When communicating about booking dates and times that we are offering them based on their preferences, it would be great to click on those to take us directly to that spot on the calendar as a shortcut for booking or searching alternatives. Quicker navigation.

  15. This would allow the aestheticians to see all potential allergic interactions with product on the client ticket quick view on the ticket. It's quick access. I hope that made sense!

  16. Currently, all services need to be assigned one by one even when the service category is toggled on. Instead of all of them being toggled off at the start, it would make things easier to have them auto-toggled on and admin can toggle off the ones that don't apply.

  17. When cancelling multiple appointments from the client profile - currently I can only cancel one at a time. After each cancellation, i'm returned to the Front Desk. Is there an option to revert back to the client profile so I don't have to search the client again and repeat the whole process?
