  1. It would be nice to allow a client to book two of the same service under one appointment without having to make it a group booking. For example, if we have a parent that wants to bring their 2 kids in to the salon at the same time for a cut they can't book both their children in the same appointment because the system only allows you to book one service per appointment. Would be nice to have the feature where you could book 2 of the same service!

  3. Hi! I'd love to easily share positive client feedback with my stylists in the breakroom. Having that data easily exportable to Excel or CSV would make that soo easy! :D Thx 4 considering.

  4. I really dont understand why Gren Circle Fees go under retail. It throws the numbers off big time. Yesterday it showed that i sold 53 product but really 36 of the 53 were for 🟢fees. A big issue is when I go to pay my State Retail Tax and when I look up the total retail for the month it include green circle. This should be a seperate fee. Not service & Not Retail!

  6. Sometimes when messaging clients, we want to send them to another page on Boulevard. If we could create a hyperlink, the clients could get to that page in only one click.

  7. When looking at client history and seeing a cancelation, stylist are always quick to think they cancel all the time. Different colors for the different cancellations would be a quick visual to know why they cancelled.

  17. To allow the duration time for any service to be 0h 0m when working with an assistant to allow client to double book online for services. Also, if you are able to click a check box for assistant for each service. For instance, if the assistant is applying a root color, then the stylist can be doing a haircut/blowdry. Clients can book online for each service for the allotted time of 1h each.

    Another example, when a client needs a gloss after a highlight processing service, the assistant can be apply the gloss. During the highlight processing time (45mins) and…

  18. I love seeing so many glowing reviews for our staff! It is hard for me to send them individually without having to take and crop screenshots. I would love an option where stylists can see their 5 star ratings on their Performance reports

  19. Would love to be able to access more client information on the app. Such as, allergies. Most often, I am using the app while in my treatment room with a client rather than referring to a computer.
