  4. Please add that you cannot stack promo codes. We need a toggle. Premium buisness need to be able to limit discounts to one. I saw your adding some promo ideas, add this too!!

  5. There should be a window where you can see ALL of the active services for the location from the EMPLOYEE view, and easily toggle on "ONLINE BOOKING" on and off. It is difficult to go into EACH service under the employee and then click online booking on or off. Too many steps, hard to have one simple view of what can and can't be booked online for each employee.

  6. This feature is critical. Right now it's manual and leads to so many pricing and timing inconsistencies because you have to manually edit the add-ons with each service. It would not be hard to build this into the product and would save all of your customers HOURS of time and countless user errors because it's so tedious.

  8. The rewards is pretty basic, bare bones. It would be nice to configure based on specific categories and products. Our current rewards program allows points to accrue for retail ONLY. Packages are apart of "products" in the system and we don't want patients accruing points for package purchases. Would be cool if there was a way to have days that accrue more points then others -- like double points days.

  18. The current privilege group structure is a bit too rigid for my needs. I would like to be able to customize the configuration of permissions for each individual employee.

  19. For the safety of our service providers, we don't want to share their photos externally, but we would like to be able to see them on our Calendar view, so that new front desk workers can quickly learn who is who.

  20. Every time I book an appointment under a stylist under "week" or "4-day" view, the calendar reverts back to day view and goes to Sunday or a completely different day instead of staying where I was booking. Makes it super annoying to double check if an appointment was booked correctly because we have to go searching for it.
