Custom configure permissions for individual employees
The current privilege group structure is a bit too rigid for my needs. I would like to be able to customize the configuration of permissions for each individual employee.

to make allowing for permissions in staff roles to be customizable based on the business needs, the way it is set up now is too rigid, and it actually suggests there are options that aren't available
