    Other EMR software allows for a defined window (24 hours to 12 months) where a provider can go in and amend a chart. This is critical for new users of your platform as they get accustomed to the charting. It is also essential for Botox and filler charting as we often add units or volume at a 2 week follow-up appointment that should be charted on the same original chart for simplicity in future reference to defined dosing.
