When a stylist clicks on a closed out ticket on their mobile device they would be able to see the service price, and gratuity left.

Please reduce access to the Forms tab in the client profile so we can have a secure credit card approval form
Can we make the form tabs in client profile more secure? Please change this so only Admins and managers can see private information. Currently all employees can see all forms including Credit card information

Allow $0 checkouts without using the duo
It is frustrating to have to use the Duo iPad app to checkout $0 services with no gratuity. There should be an option to just checkout and close without the duo/charge card being forced.

More Overt Labeling for Group Appts on Calendar
The notifications for group bookings continue to be too subtle to notice on the calendar when glancing at the day's appointments. More overt color coding or icons would be incredibly helpful.

Client option to select, "I've been to this salon before..."
"...please locate my account and merge my profiles. I acknowledge that the information on the profile I'm creating now will be used as the defaults going forward once a human goes over this and combines the profiles." Where as some notification or email or report indicates to a manager that this client wants a merge.
This would potentially greatly help with getting our databases cleaned up. Not sure how cluttered other salons are with redundant clients, but this is a constant issue for ours and requires a lot of manual work. It is with hopes that some type of automated…

Make "Charge with Boulevard Duo" first option and not the card on file when checking out clients.
We do not use the cards that clients put on file unless there is an emergency situation, forgotten card or no shows. It is an extra step to have to use the drop down menu to change the form of how we are taking payment as well as cards on file being accidentally charged instead of using the Duo. I would love to see the feature of having the option/customization of which shows up at check out screen as the first initial option.
