  3. We need pictures and descriptions next to products. Aside from hair products, we also sell hair accessories and salon merch. We would really benefit from having pictures next to items so we can sell more to our clients.

  8. When a client cancels their appointment online, it does not show an immediate confirmation when you select the cancel button. When you go back to the original booking email and click manage appointment it pops up as cancelled. People have been calling to confirm cancellation of an apt so . I thought I would check in. Also, a reschedule option would be nice so they don't have to start all the way over on our website.

  9. Sometimes our clients get a discount for the service but we still want a technician to get a commission of a total service amount. It would be great if owner or manager profiles could edit commissions somehow or to add it to a technician commission by any other ways without changing the gross revenue of the salon to extra (as client had a discount).

  17. Would help if we could print price tags via. a report in BLVD with a feature to generate barcodes for products without them.

  18. Currently, when a new client books online, only 60 minutes is allotted to them. If they have dense, long, or very thick hair, 60 minutes is not enough time to accommodate them. It would be nice if stylists had the option of allotting 90 minutes to any new client who books with them.

  19. When adding account credit the payment is directed into the salon's main account. It would be great if you could choose to direct that account credit towards a specific merchant. In an almost complete rental salon, many of our stylists take deposits for extensions or other appointments, and that money should be directed to their merchant accounts, rather that having it go to the salon, then trying to run an report and reimburse them later.

    Or a better way to take merchant specific deposits.
