    I have clients that book a year out and have recurring appts, say every 6 weeks. If I see that their appt should be 45 minutes long instead of 30, when I change that next appt, the recurring appts also change. I have had to go through manually and change all 45 minute color processes to 30 (they normally are 30) and some people that take longer in cutting or color individually.   2. When we get the end of day report, it adds everyones tips and services together. What i think we should be able to get is a separate report for each merchant. A detailed report on Tips of the day, Services, Product, CC payments Cash payments. For each individual merchant. Not one collective sales summary because when we do our book keeping we are very confused to whose money is whose, when it comes to CC payments and Tips & Cash payments. We want to see it all on one page!

  4. For service options, the Options add to the total duration, process time or transition time. But when selecting an Option, it would be better to just have it tacked on to the end of the "top" service. Example: A color service has Option 1 to add a treatment, Option 2 a haircut or blow out. I don't want the treatment and haircut/blowout to be added to the color's duration. I want it after the color Process Time. Now I am having to add Transition Times to make it work, even though there are actually multiple (2) process times within the…

  5. Is there a way to not list the services that a Staff Role (Or Privilige Group) does not provide while selecting services for an appointment? We have hair, nails, waxing, brows, lashes, skin care at the same salon. We can type in a service but would be so much easier to have a limited choice.

  6. Being able to pull one report for all staff even if they work at more then one location. We have many staff members who rotate locations and having to pull each dash separately is difficult.

  7. When we book clients for multiple people, when we check out, currently it does not allow you to separate and check out one person at a time. This can be easily remedied if BLVD would allow us to delete the non-relevant service(s) without deleting it totally off the calendar.

  13. When printing receipts, the pop up window doesn't close after you click the print button. If you don't close it manually (or the stylist is busy and forgets) it can cause the system to freeze or not allow certain functions to operate correctly.

  17. When searching for items if an item has a SKU and a UPC saved it only looks up the UPC field and not the SKU field. I feel this makes even having a SKU field pointless if items can't be searched based on data in this field.

  20. Some stylists can perform some services at the same time. But by using processing time, it can't be double booked on exact same time.
    It would be really great to have this function available.
