  1. The app should have a feature that allows employee to see their schedule for that week and following weeks (ex. Monday 10am-5pm, Thursday 10am-2pm). As of right now I am having to send my employees screenshots of the schedule on the dashboard. Which is not very accurate in the case of availability changes. The only way for them to see when they work is to rely on the "grey areas" of availability under their name which is very difficult and leaves too much room for error.

  10. Currently my location manager can update quantities but not enter new products or update price changes on existing products. As the owner, I have given her autonomy over our inventory and it is up to her to manage. The software is forcing me as the owner to do this and I pay her to do it!

    I do not wish to give her total control over our software so it should be something I can allow in permissions.

  14. Currently, there is not a way to write any disclaimers or notices for online e-gift purchases. I would like the ability to add my own disclaimer. As an example...

    "E-gift / online gift card purchases are non-refundable".

    I'm sure others would very much appreciate this...

  15. Once I get a list of people on my waitlist and there is a cancelation I would like a text to be sent out saying "Hello! We had an appointment at 2pm come available. First to reply Yes will book this appointment. If you're not free, please ignore this message."

  16. Vagaro shows the staff member's rating number (5 stars, etc) on their online booking, and we would love that feature too! Currently the ratings in Boulevard are really only seen by the front desk team - they need to be seen by clients to really be helpful!

  19. ...that don't have phone numbers that are redundant with other client profiles. This is a runaway issue. Some fix to this is very much needed!

    Not sure what the best solution would be but some type of "parent" or "primary" account status could be granted. These accounts could be linked with other profiles and have freedom to book appointments for them and those accounts would have access to use the primary account's payment types as their own defaults. The caveat would be we would be placing the organizational work on either the clients or the business. Another option would be…
