  1. The current timeblock report is not user friendly, doesn't give staff names, no date picker etc. Would like to easily be able to identify time block reasons and lengths for providers as well as view deleted time blocks, including which employee created and deleted them, and when.

  2. Clients having the option to add notes is dangerous. They think that if they add the note it will be honored. Sometimes what they request is not feasible.

  3. When enabling a resource group for services, the resources underneath should be also enabled by default. Currently, toggling a resource group only expands the resource group but does not enable the resources in that group. Instead of relying on the toggle to expand the resource group, there should be another UI action that expands the group instead of the toggle.

    Having to enable individual resources per service becomes mind-numbingly unsustainable to get new customers up and running.

  4. Allowing clients to be able to book out multiple appointments ahead of time without starting all over again. This was actually suggested by a client who is older and prefers to schedule appointments ahead of time online. She found it frustrating that she had to completely start over for each appointment when they all were the same thing over and over again. A feature where you could duplicate your last appointment or booking's services again so you can just skip to scheduling would be pretty helpful.

  6. We offer Foot Massages DURING all other lash and beauty services. They are completed by a different technician. So we have one on the face and one on the feet. Many ecomm platform offer a "Suggested Product" at check out. It would save a lot of time if Massages would come up as a complimentary service to book as they are choose their lash or beauty service. It encourages a higher ticket. This isnt an add on either because we have 2 techs working and we need the Service to be added not just a random top up add on…

  7. Can we please add "Arrival Time" in addition to "Appointment Time".

    Basically girls are showing up on time, then they use the bathroom and fill out the consent and are halfway through their appointment. It's a big issue. We will add it to the Client Instructions but since that section is so large already with text, they may not read it. it would be nice to have it in the body of the email

  8. we don't use these methods and they cause a lot of confusion for staff and clientele. This should be optional since your client base isn't only salons that work this way. For our needs Booked Arrived Paid/checked out would be fine. Or just the option to keep your names/status but to have the choice to eliminate/deactivate the use of some of them. We are a sauna people book online, arrive, checkout. Thanks!

  9. I am trying to find a history with a client, and I cannot for the life of me remember their name, but I am pretty sure I texted them 5 days ago. Unfortunately, I am unable to look more than 3 days in the past to see if I can find the messages with them.

  13. We want to ensure we offer lash extensions services every day of the week, but want to enable certain service providers each day, so that they have a rotation of sorts vs. being available for that service everyday.

  20. Since we are located in a resort, in a remote area, it is essential for us to have a room number on waitlist window information. Especially, that some mobile connections don't work at all. It will be best if each business can have some fields to set up, on the waitlist window. Another example: Many booking we have, one person books for a group. It will be good for us to add more guests while submitting a request on waitlist.
