When printing receipts, the window doesn't close after printing
When printing receipts, the pop up window doesn't close after you click the print button. If you don't close it manually (or the stylist is busy and forgets) it can cause the system to freeze or not allow certain functions to operate correctly.

When other accounts are editing the appointment, we should be able to see who was the last to edit.

Look up items based on the SKU field, not just the UPC field
When searching for items if an item has a SKU and a UPC saved it only looks up the UPC field and not the SKU field. I feel this makes even having a SKU field pointless if items can't be searched based on data in this field.

Allowing Double booking for client self-booking for certain stylists with selected services
Some stylists can perform some services at the same time. But by using processing time, it can't be double booked on exact same time.

if there's a message on the dashboard can we get an email since it doesn't go to our phone.

change due should reflect in register
If someone writes their check for more money than their bill is the computer will tell you that there is change due but then it does not show it taken from the register. I then have to go in and do a cash out for that change. I feel like the computer should know that change coming from a check means cash is coming out of the drawer.

Publish Schedule and alert Employee Via Email
When i make changes to the schedule on Blvd i would like the option to publish the changes and alert the employee of her new schedule change.
Ideally the alert will tell:

It would be a great resource to be able to identify patients who cancel (or no show) without rescheduling so we can follow up on rebooking them.

Inventory Purchase Orders
When Inputting a Purchase order it would be ideal for the items to go in the order they are input. Currently the items get placed either by random or aphabetically. This makes it hard to then receive an order when the item list is not in the same order and the PO received from the distributor.

Reminder Text should include service
The confirmation text should include the service you are scheduled for. We have had people that don't realize what their appointment is when they confirm and then they are angry, or they leave without receiving the service due to their available time. (if they thought it was a 45 minute haircut but it is actually a 90 minute massage, etc...)

A feature length film focused on the program Boulevard to help promote the business, starring Kevin Spacey and Tim Allen.
Imagine this: famous actors Kevin Spacey and Tim Allen star in Boulevard's first original movie as Carlos and Jerry Boulevard, brothers and founders of renowned website boulevard.io. The film can only be described as a post-apocalyptic romantic comedy, and will loosely follow the timeless tale of Carlos and Jerry's rise to stardom, their eventual falling out, and their ultimate reconciliation. If executed properly this idea could be huge for Boulevard as a whole and could comepletely shake up the film industry. Let me know if you decide to go forward with this idea.

This way we can undo things, correct things, better keep track of what is being done and especially useful in training or managing activities.

Way to administratively void account credit without it posting to sales reports
Useful if account credit is set to expire or was in error. At current no way to do this.

ical sync for multiple appt type for 1 client
my ical only shows one appointment time per appointment. if a client has an 11am lash appt, and a 12pm brow appt - on my ical it will only show 1 of the appointments and not the full range of time. sometimes the first, sometimes the second. so that i have to cross reference boulevard daily to confirm my correct start times for appointments. a seamless ical integration for multiple client appts per client would be beneficial.
