  3. Right now there is no way to book someone for a consultation.

    What I do is "block time" then enter a description of "Consultation - Jane Doe", & then I also book a "miscellaneous appointment" so that the client will get something on their end.
    Simply adding "Consultation" to the list of options would be a great help.
    It would also look a lot cleaner than these two chunks side by side, & it would save time, & it would be more legible.

  4. I wish I could print out labels for the orders that we place so that I could label the products with the name as it is in our system & the price. This is so that the client can see what the price is before they buy it.

    We would love to have the option to link appointments together. Its great that we can do this at checkout but would be awesome to have the option ahead of time. Linking them so when you hover over the appt on the calendar view it highlights both guests/appts showing they are together

  11. Give us the option of not displaying prices on the booking widget. If there's a setting to not have them display in the reminder emails it should also be on the booking widget.

    When a client books for someone else like their spouse, sibling, or friend, and books the appt under their own name, it would be really nice o be able to switch the names/info without cancelling the appt. Cancelling is such a hassle when the guest is right in front of you and we need to make a quick change before they go back with their provider.

    We also like to keep notes on our guests for future reference on massage and skin care protocols, cannot link notes to the right profile if we cannot switch the names.

Walking into a closing shift where 3 stylists have called out means a lot of work on the backend when customers who don't check their email come in looking for their appointment to be filled and no one's here. Having cancelled appointments made easily accessible to see where they've been rescheduled to / the names of cancelled people would make tracking down individuals much easier. As nice as looking up by phone number is, it would be more efficient to see the cancelled appointment around the time the customer was expecting to arrive.

  15. Sometimes when in a hurry, we don't click open the appointment to see important details like preferred pronouns or add on service requests. It would be helpful if we just saw it on the appointment calendar.

  18. Sometimes all you have to do is make a note and be done. So how about we just open up our client, click their name and the ADD A NEW INTERNAL NOTE is right there???? how wonderful, skip the scroll till yrs past.... save the time!

  19. Is there any way we can go current??? What happed 2 yrs ago takes 2 min to go through to get to today! If I need yrs ago I can scroll. Too much time is spent getting to where I need to read for today.

  20. Having a tally at the end of your shift as to the time that you were on the clock that day, allows staff to better manage their time and prevent overtime hrs.
