  1. It would be great to be able to sort all clients by tag for marketing and other purposes as well. A cumbersome work-around is looking them all up one by one.

  6. We need an option on the main bar for "Products" that automatically takes us to a list of product inventory and enables us to do a PRICE CHECK by scanning the barcode.

  10. We need to add info to notes all the time. Work around is Copy and paste - add on info - then delete the old note. This is cumbersome. Also the edited note get a new date so it can get confusing. Thanks.

  11. If a client has a voucher in their account that would cover a service on their ticket when checking out it would be helpful if it could give a prompt or message that it existed.

    Example - A client has a voucher for a 60 minute massage in their account. Staff tries to pay for the session with a credit card. Boulevard would say, "It looks like <client's name> has a voucher for that service. Would you like to use it instead?"

  18. I have multiple employees covering different roles on different days. With the current setup, I have to create new employee profiles for each role to keep them separated. Our old system (Millennium) had a simple toggle feature to show their role for the day (manager, assistant, stylist)

  19. The salon owner is busy taking clients and sometimes misses emails from clients through the Blvd system. If the Admins were able to have access to these emails or it be sent to their work email, this would help our front desk team with clients.

  20. for clients to book online are we able to require a credit card to hold on file to hold there appointment

    so if they no show we are able to charge the card
