  1. It would be easier if there was some way we could adjust the timing of services after we have check out the client completely. Currently there's no way to do that, and I think it would be a great idea

  5. Receiving alerts within a 4 hr window from when the stylists starts their shift would be awesome. They don't want the online booking alert on for everything because they receive a ton of messages from it. If we could have it for just a certain time frame it would be very helpful.

  6. It would be great to have this for when a client pays with cash and they need change back. It will save time instead of having to pull out a calculator and figure out the change.

  7. Is there any way to make the Calendar view have a feature where the color for each nail technician, has different levels of shading based on if the guest is late/been checked in/ and checked out.

    I am aware it shades itself when a guest is checked out. But looking at the calendar view is the simplest way for me to know what is going on with each nail tech and to get an overall view of where I need to help, what to set up for them, etc.

    Is there also a way to see appointment logs such as…

  10. I've gotten a few calls regarding clients wanting to print out their online gift card purchase so I recommend for them to email the gift card to themselves so they could print it out.

    Please allow clients the option to print without having to email it to themselves as not all of them will think to do this.

  15. Currently shows strange selection of staff which appear to be staff that were working same as originating date, which is probably the least helpful view.

    A power-user feature would be when opening a new day, to show originating staff, mark as not working and show context jumps to days that are nearby (Blank is working +2 days on Tuesday and +3 days on Wednesday. Then also show the columns of staff that ARE working that day and highlight the staff that this particular client has previously been in with.

  17. With the reception app, we were able to have the client select gratuity and then check them out via the dashboard. With the Duo, we now have to verbally ask for gratuity on all non-card payment methods. Would love to have the ability to send gratuity options to the duo app even for payments that don't require a card.

  18. The beta report filters for services only include the first 50? services offered. My list stops at the letter "F" I wanted to see information on Olaplex services, and I am unable to filter to them because the "include" filter stops at F. Please allow us the full capacity for filtering these reports.

  20. It would be great if we could apply promo codes on our end when an appointment is made. For instance, if someone calls ont he phone and we put the appointment in and they want to use a "new client discount" or something we won't have to worry about applying this later and it will already be there at checkout.
