The patients first and Last Name and Date of birth on auto populate on each page in the internal patient record.
We need this feature because the medical Board Requires the Patient's first and last name and date of birth be present on every record pertaining to a patient file or notes.

also, when I am printing documents for the client or sending to another medical facility, it needs to have it autopopulate.

Other systems I have used the name and dob have been auto populated. We should not has providers have to keep entering it and also when clients are filling
out paperwork they shouldn't have to type it in 5-6 times. This should be a priority as it is a major con for using this app. -

DOB should be visible next to the name for easy patient identifier. Near gallery/client tags it’s super important for safety

For medical reasons and to not book the incorrect patient, we need DOB easily viewable when creating an appointment and also when viewing the schedule. Next to their name would be ideal.
