It could be more clear for our guests if we had control over the naming and arrangement of items on the Appointment Preference list. For instance, to sell our products, guests must first select either Individual or Group booking to then see a list of our available products. It's common that they mistakenly think we don't sell products online because they never get past the Appointment Preferences page, thinking that they're looking for something that they assume is categorically different. However, if we were able to change the labeling of these items and/or add categories to the Appointment Preferences list, we could bypass the hierarchy or rename things to guide guests to our products more directly.
