The ability to filter a client list under the Clients Tab based on products they've purchased, including packages & memberships.

add separate notification times for multiple appointments.
Upon arrival of a client that holds a multiple appointment, cell notification should state:
all appointment times for that appointment
(example: the stylist 1 appointment time and the stylist 2 appointment time.)

Gift Card Enhancements
We use Gift Cards extensively and need to be able to see/distinguish when gift cards were purchased for myself or others. Otherwise at checkout it gets very messy.
Ability to see gift cards purchased for others in client profile
Ability to see gift cards gifted to/from another client in client profile
Ability to offer promotional gift cards (buy $100, get $50)

Transition time should NOT be client facing
While the new ability for clients to reschedule their appointments from their confirmation emails is great, transition time SHOULD NOT be user facing. Clients should not have the ability to see how long it takes the service provider between appointments to clean up/turn over/take a break. For example: Our services are 1 hour MAX, our transition time is 20 min. On the client end, they see their service will take "1.33 hours" instead of "approximately 1 hour". This should be changed ASAP to avoid future confusion.

limit email/text reminders for certain services
Cyro is a service that some folks get done daily. While it is possible to remove the client as a whole from receiving text or email reminds, it would be great to limit according to services
Ex: cyro appointments do not require reminders but facials do

Gladly integration
Gladly is a CX tool that would work as a CRM for clients. Being able to manage client lists and leave notes increases retention and client conversions into memberships

Offer different types of client notes
Each team (service providers, CX, billing, etc.) all make notes for clients. It would be great to be able to input different types of notes to keep everyone organized

Have the name or initials of the employee that is logged in to BLVD visible at all times.
At our location we have 1 main computer that is used throughout the day by all employees. It would be helpful to be able see who is logged in so that there is no need to log out and lock back in just to make sure that you are actually logged in.

Group bookings in the Dashboard
It would be wonderful to book group appointments from the dashboard. We end up booking two appointments, but they aren't combined like a group appointment booked online. The trouble comes up when one person cancels their appointment, but it doesn't cancel the group. We can end up with an orphaned appointment on the books that takes some detective work to figure out who they were originally scheduled with.

Ongoing reoccurring appointments and ongoing time block like for lunch
Have the option to book ongoing standing appointments and ongoing time blocks like for lunch instead of just a certain number of times or date. We have clients that have been coming for over 10 years on a standing appointment. Or at least send us an alert when their standing only has a few appointments left.

Allow Businesses to Set Expiration Dates on Gift Cards
There is no nation-wide rule that gift cards cannot expire. Federally it is actually five years so if anything, you should have it set to 5 years and then allow each account to implement their own state wide laws. It is not required by law that you police this. Every other booking company and every other gift card system that I have ever used allows for businesses to implement expiration dates on their gift cards. This would be an easy feature to add since you already have exp dates on series.
