  1. Currently, when a new client books online, only 60 minutes is allotted to them. If they have dense, long, or very thick hair, 60 minutes is not enough time to accommodate them. It would be nice if stylists had the option of allotting 90 minutes to any new client who books with them.

  2. When adding account credit the payment is directed into the salon's main account. It would be great if you could choose to direct that account credit towards a specific merchant. In an almost complete rental salon, many of our stylists take deposits for extensions or other appointments, and that money should be directed to their merchant accounts, rather that having it go to the salon, then trying to run an report and reimburse them later.

    Or a better way to take merchant specific deposits.

  7. I am paying an ungodly amount in fees to quickbooks for rent each week and would rather give yall that money and have it all tracked in one place for me as a owner. Or some way to create a recurring payments with ACH or credit.

  8. First off we love Boulevard and we love that you have this idea section to add to. We were with booker by mindbody and not a fan but one thing that was nice about it was on the calender page if you hovered over a stylist their services and price list would appear making it easy to help book a client over the phone or in person. Hope to see this added someday! Thank you!

  12. Also the card selection should specify which one was selected for the appt as well.

    At current I am sure that we may be charging the non-preferential card sometimes. If the client is a no-show we must charge them, but in the case that it isn't the correct card we may be non intentionally charging cards that could cause the clients bank issues.

  13. Hi,

    As a business owner/manager/admin of the Boulevard system, I need to know when clients or a technician books an appointment so that I (i) know that the schedule has been modified and (ii) to double check that the client has booked the right service. It doesn't help that only the technician or service provider gets notified that they have an appointment; frankly it doesn't really help as they can see on their calendar view if they have appointments scheduled for the day that they are supposed to work.   20. When adding products to a ticket, the staff name takes over the product name and it is hard to know what product is what to be able to remove or add more of a product. It would be nice to allow changing the width or widening the whole window to accommodate the wider columns.

    Screenshot attached to show the problem. Are these two of the same product, or two different products that both start with "Hop"?
