Make tags unique
I noticed an oversight today while building a new automation system with out Boulevard integration.
In Boulevard itself I am able to create two identical tags. This could result in a huge issue if a staff member created a tag not knowing that the exact tag already existed. That new tag would not work with any of our automations as they are tag-ID specific, not tag-text specific.
Can you please update the tagging system so they have to be unique?

People want to know how much things are if we don't have our website up it causes delays. If in the corner where our business name is,it allowed for a link to our site that would be terrific

Support Team Logs
It could be very useful if, maybe on a monthly basis, we could receive a log or summary of all of the outreaches from our team to the Boulevard support team. It would help us to identify any gaps in our training, identify patterns, etc. It could even be anonymous, the goal would not be to get any of our team members in trouble, really just to identify where they might need more support internally.

Status page or email list with known issues
There have been several recent events where there is a known issue with Boulevard that isn't bad enough to warrant a status page update, so it isn't communicated to users. Latest is errors in confirmation emails allowing people to confirm appointments before they should be able to. It would be nice to know that this is a known issue before reaching out to Boulevard support. Either a part of the status page or an email list we can subscribe to for these smaller known issues would be good to have so we are aware.

Periodically Send Email to Clients Prompting to Update Account Info
In effort to ensure a business has clients' most updated information, sending an Email at a cadence of the business's choice prompting the client to update their account information would be beneficial. If anything, sending once per year would help.

Have ability for dynamic promo codes in marketing emails for individual use
Generate different discount codes in marketing emails that can only be used one time. For example, a discount code for clients on their birthday but each code is different.

Longer Waitlist Duration Visibility
When adding a client to the waitlist, there should be an option for a date range, not just a specific date. For example, a client has an appointment scheduled 2 weeks out but would like to be on a waitlist for any date sooner. It's a lot of work to add them to the waitlist for each of the days before.

NetSuite Integration Enhancements
- Today the NetSuite integration can only import sales and payments data as NetSuite invoice objects
- As a business that uses NetSuite for our Accounting, we would like to have this integration pull data in as Cash Sales (and other popular object types) to avoid having AR touched and to avoid clean up post ingestion
