Be nice if you move the completed tasks to completed tab on here, in progross tab with estimated date. 215 pages of ideas is nerve wracking
215 pages of suggested ideas!! that makes me nervous switching from mindbody next week. Have none of these really been done to be moved to a completed tab? I specifically asked to make sure wont deal w duplicate clients again before i paid to switch but on here it says they dont require email and doesnt recognize that same email if capital or lower case which is nerve wracking as upper or lower case should not matter. If you use email as login then why wouldnt it be required to book online?

Integration with EventBrite or Allevent.in (or similar)
We occasionally have in-salon events, pop up shops, shop small business saturday or similar & would love to be able to integrate it with boulevard so we can customize invites, charge a fee for special services offered if needed (ie: botox party), track RSVP's for planning purposes, etc...

A place on Blvd that shows staff phone numbers so that we can easily call them instead of refer to outside lists.
This would be automatically updated as all staff need to have Blvd accounts and anytime staff depart we deactivate them. It being available from a button somewhere (perhaps the staff pulldown menu on Calendar and Front Desk View having an item called Staff Contact List).

"Archive all" for closed messages
Create option to "archive all" closed messages and create "open", "closed" and "archived" message buttons

View more closed text conversations
You can only see about 30 closed text conversations right now. These can often consist of almost all confirmation texts. It would be very useful to see a much longer history in case a conversation was accidentally closed and you need to get back to it.

Ability to bulk add and remove tags
Example from a current issue: we have a group booking tag/emoji and it is supposed to only be added to appointments (not profiles) but it is currently on 185 client profiles. We want to remove this but we can't really spare the time to manually remove it form that many profiles, especially due to the fact that it could continue to happen and we would need to do all the work again.
This actually applies to multiple appointment level tags so there are even more than that 185 that are effected.

Put the discount name on the ticket
when looking at an order, we should be able to see the name of the discount instead of just the price with a line through it and the new price next to it

Pop up on booking page showing other locations if time slot they wanted is not available
For multiple locations, if a specific booking time is not available at selection location - next closest location will pop up as option for booking

More areas to leave note
It would be helpful if there were two sections for notes in a guest profile. General client notes intended for the front desk team and a second section for the estheticians to leave more detailed notes that they wouldn't leave in a treatment chart.

Specify What Account Credits Are Applicable Towards
The ability to specify / differentiate each Account Credit purchase and what it's applicable towards (without clicking into history, similar to how vouchers are displayed in the Payment Methods Tab). When granting Account Credit, one should be able to choose what it's applicable towards, whether services or retail, or even a specific service or product (like Offers). Account Balance in the form of a deposit should specify that it's a deposit and have an assigned service to use it towards.

fix the form submission process
say "Thanks!" after a form submission, rather than giving the client another blank one. The confusion is insane and everyone fills out the form multiple times. They ask us to change it but we can't.
