  1. When adding a service to an existing appointment it is natural to choose the time, then the service (since the blanks are in that order). When you choose the service, the time reverts to the ending of the last service on the appointment even if you chose something different (say, before the first service). It would make more sense to keep the selected time (or default to the end if nothing is chosen) when choosing the service to add.

  2. Currently, if you have an offer that is a dollar amount it takes that amount off of each individual item instead of just that particular amount. For example, we have a referral code where clients receive $10 off when they refer someone. When we enter this offer, it takes off $10 for every service and product on the ticket (which can add up to much more than what they offer should be) instead of only the set amount.

  5. Being able to set a different cancellation policy for each individual service because they differ in pricing and 50% is too high for some of the lower services.

  10. The last app we used was SalonBiz Stylist. We were able to install the app on a smart watch. We were able to see a one day schedule of clients with the time of day, looked like the agenda view. If you clicked a client's name, it would give you the color notes, starting with the most recent note. This was great info to have on you at all times, especially if you left your phone at your station or you forgot your client's name (LOL).

  11. Customer asks: add phone # alongside name

    When you are booking an appointment through the app on your phone and you type in the client name, sometimes 2 or 3 of the same name comes up. Its a crap shoot which is yours. It would be greatly appreciated if there was a phone number listed right next to the name to determine which one is your client. You have to fully book the client before you can see if you picked the correct client. If it is not, the incorrect client just received an email for an appt they did…

  16. It would be awesome to have the option to add multiple emails to a client profile. A lot of our clients are business owners, hence have multiple addresses. When they are booking appointments online they often create new profile because they arent sure which email was used. This would stop the cause of duplicate profiles
