  1. say "Thanks!" after a form submission, rather than giving the client another blank one. The confusion is insane and everyone fills out the form multiple times. They ask us to change it but we can't.

  2. The ability to rearrange Product Categories in the Booking Widget the same way one can rearrange Services and Service Categories.

    Currently they are automatically sorted in alphabetical order, but more flexibility / autonomy regarding order would be a much more ideal customer and client experience.

    Use cases: Arrange packages and memberships from
    1. Most- to least-popular,
    2. Most- to least-expensive,
    3. Newest to oldest, and
    4. On-Sale / Promo items at the top.

  4. can you please add a second tax rate option? our state has a 6.5% tax, but a 7.5% tax on alcohol sales.
    I have a wine and beer license and my clients get wine and beer offered electively during their services

  6. At any point staff can take extraordinary amounts of salon data. This is terrifying. Ability to do reports is needed for most front of house staff, but taking transaction data and client data for years within minutes and sending csv(s) external should not be one in the same privilege level.

  8. Give us the ability to enter a future price increase in products or services. If a product increases on the 1st of the month, for ex., we have to scramble to do it that day! Why can’t we be organized, prepare for it and have the system apply the correct price on that date? Even the old Millennium had that. Thanks

  9. Because of the serums/chemicals/ water/ towels that we have to use throughout a hydrafacial the brow lamination would be ruined if performed PRIOR to the hydrafacial. Brows can not get wet for 24-48 hours after a lamination and tint. If we were to do the brow lamination AFTER the hydrafacial on top of raw waxed skin, the client could have a very serious reaction because of the peel/serums already applied. Contacting the clients before hand to inform them of the contraindications can be difficult. Clients become upset when they book the services together and find out they can’t get both.

  11. We have a need for a report that shows sales detail (service/product/tip) including payment type (cash/card/check) that can be filtered by stylist. We pay out renters according to how the salon took payment for their clients and right now it is a tedious process to pull and cross reference multiple reports.

  12. The confirmations to clients come from Boulevard (as the email sender), but the thank you emails come from the Salon (as the sender). All should be from the salon to be consistent and for clients to be able to search emails and easily find the information.

  14. When people call to book and it is done on the business side, there's no way to collect credit card info BEFORE booking the appt. You have to finish booking it (which notifies them) and then go back to the persons account and add in CC info. There needs to be an option to collect a CC before we finish the booking process. We need to have CC info for our cancellation policy. We used to be able to do this with square but BLVD does not let us. It is kind of pointless to ask for the CC after…

  17. Modifiers currently work as intended for customers booking online with Min and Max settings. They should automatically show when booking an appointment from front desk as they do for online (if a modifier exists for a service). They also do not follow ANY of the rules (at the front desk) defined by setup of a service such as Min and Max, rendering them mostly useless because of this broken cohesiveness between online and front desk booking.

  18. When in a booth rental atmosphere, my girls selling retail get a commission for selling, to keep track it would be very helpful if in the sales part when only selling retail there would be a notes part that they could type in their name so I could identify that they sold the product instead of having to keep a list on paper

  19. Right now, there are three cases that cause a lot of confusion internally.
    - Email addresses are not required for profiles
    - Multiple profiles with the same email address can be created
    - Case sensitivity in emails (which doesn't exist on any other platform), which means chris@ is considered different from Chris@

  20. For example, have someone available for service 1 and 2 from 8-2, but after 2, only available for service 2. Also, daily capping on service time per practitioner - for example massage therapist wants to limit to 5 table hours a day.
