Create a pay period for mulit-tiered commission rates.
I would like to pay our employees more money, for more services completed within a two week payroll period. Example: I pay my employees every two weeks. If, within that two weeks, they make $0-$5,000 they would make a 55% commission pay rate. But, if they make $5,001 or more, they would make a 60% commission pay rate. I would need this tier to "reset" every two weeks after I complete payroll. So, there should be a way to input a "pay period" within the multi-tiered commission pay rates. Thank you.

Ability to add a brand to saved brands
ability to save brands in inventory in the same way that vendors are saved to speed up the product input process and prevent typos in brand category.

Ability for deposits and gift cards to go to booth renters merchant accounts
We would like our booth rental stylists to have the same capabilities as our commission stylists in gift cards and taking deposits and have those go to their own merchant accounts.

Add-ons should allow for custom timing - currently all add-ons HAVE to be 5min in duration
It is inane that in the set-up of add-ons there is a field to indicate the duration of said add-on service but yet we are not allowed to make anything longer than 5min

Ability to Click on Month and show Reports - or arrows to each month
Most softwares have an arrow by the months that allow you to transition easily month to month to see reports. Instead of going to each month and highlighting the month manually. It seems in this software you have to do everything manually. Could be streamlined.

Stylist Service List Report
We need a report of each service provider's full list of services, timing and pricing. This is a basic report in every other software system I have ever used. This allows service providers and management to see only the services they perform, timing and pricing in a report. This allows us to easily print out and give to staff and use for reviews, and to write down any desired changes, before putting in the system.

Change appointment color on screen to signal "arrived" in addition to the icon.
Would make it easy to see who has arrived without having to get close enough to see the little arrived icon on their appointment. Also... when appointment times overlap, they cover up the icons.
