  1. The system should alert if the card being scanned is already on file. Sometimes client will have the same credit card saved multiple times on their profile.

  2. Currently, a change to an appointment will send to the client with the exact same verbiage as an initial booking. This causes confusion for clients who may mistakenly think a duplicate appt was made in error (before they click through into the client portal details).
    Slightly changing verbiage to indicate that a date/time has moved rather than a brand new appt text would help differentiate which is a new appt and which is a change.

  3. There needs to be a filter or way to search for incomplete charts that a provider may have missed without having to search through each client's record. A filter that mass populates incomplete charts.

  6. There is apparently a huge request that Pop up alerts come up when appts are being double booked when using the "select time on schedule" button. The resource is being attached to the service, so why can't it tell us when that resource is being used already?

  7. The option to add discounts to client profiles, based on their relationship to the business. These would be toggled on until toggled off or removed and would auto-apply online or in-person.

  8. There needs to be a way to assign tasks to providers. If a provider needs their nurse or assistant to call in a medication for a pt, there should be a way to the provider to assign that task to the nurses profile.

  10. we charge half the service price for clients cancelling or rescheduling within 24 hrs. so it would help if there was a way to view if the client rescheduled in the 24 hrs of their originally scheduled appointment.

  11. Its very manual to go into each location, then each service or staff to understand who is assigned to which services. At over 100 locations, this becomes very overwhelming. It would be very impactful to have an admin view of who is assigned to services, which services are bookable online, which are even active at what locations, etc.

  12. It would be great if add-on's could be shown on the appointment it's attached to vs. adding an extra 15 mins on the schedule. Even when the add on is marked as no extra time, it still blocks the next 15 mins on the schedule. An icon like a + or something to that effect is all that's needed.

  15. Allow option to make membership vouchers giftable. This is a great way for members to refer a friend. Currently we use a very clunky work around to make this happen. Also still needing to be able to add products to membership.

  16. Please allow customers to type "C" to confirm their appointment in addition to "yes" and all the other responses you accept.

    Boulevard does a great job of accepting all kinds of responses from customers.

    According to Billie the AI chat bot, the system accepts these confirmation responses: y, ya, yas, ye, yep, yes, yu, yus, yuss, yass, yess, yep, yup, sure, sure thing, see you, see you then, excited, so excited, and confirm.

    However we also have customers typing in "C" to confirm since other booking systems work that way. Allowing this as a response to confirm their appointment would…

  17. Ability to automatically trigger a customized email and/or text message to clients when they late cancel or no show to their appointment to reiterate the cancellation policy and inform them how to properly communicate last minute missed appointments to the business.

  18. We should be able to have inventory depleted per appointment type. Every IV infusion I do should deplete 1 IV bag, co-band, alcohol swab, etc. The client should not be able to remove that modifier at checkout because it would mess up my inventory count.

  19. Need to be able to block of time on resource calendar for specific devices. When a device is in repair or maintenance it cannot be booked.

  20. Add camera grids and face alignment templates (like RXPhoto) so photos can be lined up the same way every time. This would allow consistent before/after pictures with preset angles (front, profile, 45°) and make comparisons more accurate.
