  5. If patient doesnt have CC on file, Need missed appointment fees to auto add to next appointment checkout AND have a distinctive color/etc to flag staff patient has a balance. Very awkward right now. Have to notice there is a balance, pay it separately etc.

  6. since the most recent update to the reports, the date range functionality has an error in it. I see 2 different problems. When picking a date range by clicking on the dates on the calendar, it does not accept the dates that are entered. The only way to do a custom range now is to enter it into the boxes at the top of the window.

    Also, when running multiple reports for a specific time range(for example, the previous month), you must now enter the date range for each report. Previously, the date range would remain the same until you…

  7. To anyone that is even semi coherent while also being past the age of 60 years old feels like they’ve been transported back into 2005 windows 2 graphics & technology. Top tier New York City salons have cited the inefficiency of this update multiple times which makes it even more detrimental to all professionals nationwide and also worldwide. It’s disappointing to have access to a system that heavily advertises for modern salon technology but reverts to something prehistoric. If my work place is suffering to your technological inabilities then I am fearful for the rest of our industry.

  8. We have a prospect that needs to be able to associate 2 providers to a bill or membership.

    Example of the providers & use case:
    1. a selling provider (like an MD) that recommends a treatment
    2. provider that actually does the treatment (like a nurse)

    Add functionality to fully remove product listings from client profiles when orders are deleted, preventing lingering entries with 0 units from appearing in accounts.

    Currently, when orders containing product units are deleted, the product listing remains visible in client profiles even with 0 units. This creates confusion for both clients and staff. A new feature would:

    • Allow complete removal of product listings when associated orders are deleted
    • Maintain cleaner client profiles without zero-unit entries

  11. We should have a faster way to assign employees to services. We have upwards of 40 different services and to click each one and toggle employees on, is not efficient. Maybe you can have the employee tab have all service listed automatically thats assigned to the store they are coded too and then toggle them on or off from there

  19. When changes are made to appointments, room assignments need to not change. When one service is updated or added, it changes the times for all their other services, thus creating a mess and confusion of when their original bookings were.

  20. We have a client who repied STOP to our confirmation texts. She now receives no notifications of appointments. We need some way to identify this in our schedule so we can call her to confirm her appointments.

    Can there be an automatic flag or emoji assigned for clients who have turned off/opted out of confirmations?
