Membership Details
An "end date" for memberships would be so helpful instead of just setting a cancellation date. (Most of our clients sign a contract for a 1 year commitment) The option to "auto renew" for clients that want to continue would be amazing as well.
If we could make the membership page clearer it would be incredibly helpful. Charge dates clearly labeled, with which date they redeemed the voucher that is connected to that charge date.

Enhanced Sign-Off Workflow & Expanded Text Capacity
As a Co-Founder and Aesthetic Nurse Specialist, I often review and sign off on forms completed by our estheticians at the direction of our Medical Director. Currently, because I also have sign-off privileges, any form I create does not have the option for the Medical Director to add their sign-off.
To support compliance and clear documentation, we need:
Dual/Hierarchical Sign-Off Functionality – The ability for the Medical Director to sign off on forms created by providers who themselves hold sign-off privileges. This ensures appropriate oversight and maintains a clear chain of responsibility.

Email forms that have been completed directly from Boulevard.
Once a client has filled out a consent form, they should be able to view/ have access to the form for liability reasons. to email them a copy of the form we currently have to save as a PDF then email it on a separate tab, it would be a lot easier to email it directly from the boulevard website.

Filter for clients who had an appointment, but did not purchase a membership or package
Ability to filter for this client segment so a business can retarget these clients to purchase a package or membership; this will also help determine the success of their new client offers.

display available add-ons for services
when someone is scheduling online, it would be helpful to have the eligible add-ons for the service they're booking shown so they can easily schedule it along with the base service. most people aren't going to go into a separate "add-ons" column if they're wanting additional services done at the same time

Memberships Perks View in Client Portal
When looking at Membership perks on the client end they cannot see the discounts they got on tox and fillers- currently this section does not show the option for discounts of dollar amounts on toxins and fillers (due to the way Boulevard is set up) I want the option for clients to see those discounts in the membership benefits section after purchasing, and not just under the description clients only see when purchasing

Idea: Allow the ability to update pricing on existing memberships without having to create a new one each time.

Product Usage Modifications
When attaching products to services (Botox, Filler, Tips etc.,) there should be an option to attach multiple products to a service AND adjust the set quantities to customizable amounts in stead of only whole units. Sometimes we need to attach .5 or 1.5 to services rather than 1 or 2!

Organized Galleries: Folders for Every Appointment
Finding the right treatment photos shouldn’t feel like searching for a needle in a haystack especially for patients with multiple visits and dozens of images. By allowing creation of folders within the gallery, photos can be grouped by appointment or treatment type. This not only keeps the gallery uncluttered but also makes retrieving specific images fast, intuitive, and stress-free. For busy clinics and detailed treatment histories, this is a must-have for efficiency and clarity.

Have option to export upcoming appointments from Suspended employee
An option to export the upcoming appointments for a suspended employee to csv or excel would be helpful as we sometimes want this report rather than working exclusively through Boulevard.

Appointment History Tracking Log
We need to be able to see the movement history of appointments. Original booking date & who booked it as well as any dates it was rescheduled/moved and who moved or rescheduled the appointment.

The database should be able to identify all multiple names/phones numbers in a report and then merge the duplicates.

Block Promo on rescheduling
Customers who book an appointment using a promo code under valid circumstances, are able to reschedule to another day outside of the parameters of the promo and it's still showing up as valid.
The Idea: Anytime someone reshcedules to a timeframe that is not within the guidelines of the set parameters of that promo offer are notified during rescheduling that the code is NOT offered during that time.

Client reviews available to individual service providers
With our previous software, service providers were able to view their client's reviews from their app. We miss this feature and it is time consuming to share the reviews from the main spa email.
