  1. We would like a way to limit the amount of clients who can book for a specific service in a given time range.

    This would allow us to run "Class" type services and limit the amount of users who can purchase this service and ultimately attend.

  4. Right now, if we want to reschedule an existing appointment, we're given the option of choosing a date, but noe shown the available times. It would be great to click on the existing appointment and see what other options are availble

  5. I like to drop the calendar for the staff and myself at a certain time and date every month (I open March calendar February 20th at 8am). I was able to do this with acuity with some work arounds, would love the option to go in and prepare the schedule for each staff member and either manually or automatically trigger Boulevard to drop the schedule and notify clients via text/ email

  8. Utilization percentage should not be based on the utilization of the resource as it is a staff report. It should be the amount the person was booked in relation to the amount they were scheduled.

  9. When using the "dollar off per item" offer feature, it should multiply by the quantity sold. For example, if the offer is $1 off each unit of Botox, when we sell 50 units, it should take off $50. Currently, it does not take quantities into account and only takes of $1

  10. When I try to print reports they download very small, I can't read the report. Even when I try to mess with sizing on printer. Can you adjust these report to open bigger?

  11. Text communication is so simple and helpful for clients throughout the day who don't regularly check their voicemail. We can easily change appointments and answer questions. It is nice we have that feature with our own number on the dashboard on the computer, but I wish we could also pull up messages on the app so I can be easily notified with a response with a client and stay up to date on busier days.

  13. How about for the icon on the home screen there are initials or photo of whoever is signed in. So when you open up boulevard from the browser (since it does NOT require one to sign in), you actually know who is signed in. This would help for those who have multiple user.

  16. When clients reschedule their own appointments online, the system does not send them an updated communication with the new date and/or time. They then call our business to make sure that it has gone through. Please update this to save time for everyone. Thanks!

  18. There is no marketing filter for gift certificates. Who is most likely to buy one? The person who last bought one. Right now we have 8k people in there with no appointments- some are gift cert buyers, some canceled....its really hard to tell who is who. We tried to hand tag it and it was a massive protect. We just need a gift certificate filter to reach those people and re-market to them.
    It would also just be super helpful to know who received a gift cert. Its really hard to tell and we do sometimes use a gift cert…

  19. I would love more discount options. We are not a discount model but Jan and Feb are always slow and we run our best discounts then. It is a great time to mee new clients, much like a gift cert....pls let us encourage customers to bring a friend for less!

  20. POS should pull appointments 15 minutes prior to sending reminders - not before the day begins for 2 days out - changes in life happen
