  3. Make offer codes applicable to prepaid product units. When tracking sales at the end of the special period, I don't want to have to pull two different reports to see how the sale did. Ex: "Grand opening special" as an offer for most things, but it has to be a discount reason for prepaid product units.

  6. We use our resources for our rooms/stations. We have two members for each room and to keep them from accidentally double booking the station it would be beneficial to have it blocked off when people do online booking. Would be really useful to have specific people assigned to specific resources.
    We use resources for our rooms and typically have two people to a room.
    Example
    Resource 1 Staff A & B
    Resource 2 Staff C & D
    Etc.

  11. I upgraded my plan despite my onboarding/sales rep advising against it, yet I’m still using 4x the allotted messages for just a two-person salon. I can’t even imagine what larger salons are paying in texting fees. Considering I already pay for a phone number with unlimited texting through my carrier, it’s frustrating that Boulevard’s messaging is so restrictive for the price. If this doesn’t change, I will not be renewing next year. I am already paying so much monthly!

  12. Spa services AND medical services are two separate businesses. There should be a way to attach medical services to the medical merchant account and the spa services to the spa merchant account as some employees deliver services under both. Having separate profiles per employee especially when they don't sync is not efficient and creates problems.
