  6. Some stylists don't charge over Boulevard, so if there was a way to close out a clients appointment so it grays out so we know its been paid and taken care of instead of it staying the same color.

  8. Need to be able to delete client/patient chart forms - sometimes duplicate forms are started or started in error and then it isn't possible to delete the unneeded form/chart.

  9. Option to turn off and on the price in any form of text or email confirmation. We sell things in singles and multiples and patients are getting confused if they typically purchase more than on on why the price is higher than the text said it is.

  10. Allow an option for providers to see their own ratings without having to give them permission to other admin privileges. Also allow providers to see their own so they can reply to them, without them seeing rating that aren't theirs. It would be nice if the specific provider could receive notifications when they got these reviews as well!

  12. Support a device like this https://www.magtek.com/product/idynamo-5 USB-C credit card reader that works with the DUO App on an iPAD. We follow all of the best practices such as keeping the iPAD on all of the time, firmware updates to the DUO, and DUO app updates. We still have issues time to time with the BlueTooth card reader and creates a very bad customer check out experience. Thank you.

  13. Ability to create an add-on service that is not bookable until a set future date. This will allow time to market to clients before it goes live, and allow them to "book in advance".

  14. If a service provider is no longer active in Boulevard, please de-activate the provider listed, but still allow the appointments to be visible! Currently, the appointments disappear with the provider, however, clients are still receiving confirmation texts and emails for the previous appointments. This prevents us from contacting the clients proactively to avoid service disruptions or client dissatisfaction.

  16. We use a treatment record with before and after photos at each appointment. It would be helpful to go in and rename the treatment record (ex: Filler and Skin Boosters, or Neurotoxin). When comparing photos in the gallery, I can only go by the date of service, not a description of the service a client received that date.

  17. As a front desk agent I should be able to create time blocks for my service providers. It shouldn’t be something special to just management. I need to be able to schedule their breaks and lunches. And also let my other front desk know not to touch an area!!

  20. Create a Products tab Just like how Boulevard has a Services tab under each staff member under the Manage section. This would allow custom settings of commissions based on products or categories of products. It's such a chore to manually calculate commissions for certain employees after switching to BLVD.
