Universal Gratuity Prompt Based on Full Checkout Total
We frequently sell service packages (like microneedling), and we’ve noticed that when a patient purchases a package, the checkout screen doesn’t prompt for gratuity. Even though the patient is still receiving a service that day, gratuity has to be added manually, which isn’t ideal for staff or providers.
We’ve also run into a similar issue with product-only checkouts (like skincare). Since gratuity prompts are tied to having a service listed, we’re unable to prompt for gratuity in those cases as well.
Because tipping can feel awkward or uncomfortable for staff to bring up verbally, having gratuity automatically offered during checkout…

Create a way sync to website storefronts
The ability to sync inventory data from Boulevard to website store fronts (Squarespace in my case). I know it is possible through Shopify, so it makes sense that it should be possible through other website builders and storefronts, should business owners choose to use those.

Refunds - Should also reflect a refund of a package
If you refund a client money for a package (vouchers), the vouchers / package should automatically be removed from the clients account, too. By making this a 2-step process, it does not link the removal (or allow for tracking of why a voucher was voided) of the vouchers to a transaction and it lends itself to errors. If a staff member refunds a package but forgets to remove vouchers, a client could, hypothetically, still use the vouchers and technically receive a free treatment.

Form sent only for New Clients
I want an option for the form to be sent out only to new guests. If boulevard knows which appointments are new guests it should be able to trigger a new client form for them

Ability to use APIs to pull client images from their gallery for use in a custom app or other application.

Calender view
On the calendar view, it would be nice to be able to see if a client was checked in or if we are still expecting them. The "front desk" view is nice but then it doesn't really show who is late so we can call them.

Add client tag based on intake form response
There are some intake form questions that a business should easily be able to identify per client. For ex - if a client is asked whether they consent to their treatment photos to be shared on social media and they decline, it would be helpful to then add a related tag to the client profile.

Price Increases automatically updating scheduled appointments
Every year we update service prices to go into effect on Jan 1. However, we book standing appointments for the new year prior to the increase. The prices should automatically update and apply to any future appointments.

We have a large number of clients who request that we print out all of their future appointments when they come in for an appointment. Right now, we have to copy and past all of their appointments into word and print from there. This is the same for emailing appointments. In the client overview there should be an option to print or email.

Be able to add in a standalone chart without an appointment
Sometimes I need to be able to add in a note or something like log in a medication received. We should be able to do that without having to create an appt

Prebooking from a new date. Not just "today"
When scheduling appointments after checkout, we should be able to go 4,8,12, etc weeks from the date we are making the appointment and then we should be able to hit the double arrow and have the calender take us however many weeks from that date. Instead, we have to count out the weeks on the drop down calendar or skip through week by week.

Conflict alerts with standing appointments.
When scheduling a standing appointment for the year, we NEED to be able to preview the dates that are being booked. At the very least, there should be an alert for a conflict on any given day. Right now any standign appointment made will book on a holiday/day the business is closed/stylist isnt working or it will just book at the same time as an existing appointment.

Put the employee's name who checked out a client visibly in the system so I don't have to dig for it - when an error is made I want to easil
When I look at transactions, I cannot tell which employee checked out a client I need to go pull reports. Make this information easily visible so I can address mistakes with the appropriate employee.

add service to a receipt without needing to create an appointment
Be able to check out a service to redeem a voucher which was previously entered incorrectly without having to create an appointment. For accounting purposes, it is better to handle it this way than to just VOID a voucher bc there is no tracking rhyme or reason on why vouchers were adjusted.
OR
Create a required reason for a voucher adjustment which can be seen when auditing a client's account.

a summary of the overall spending of a client on their profile
In the of overview tab, there should be a place where the clients overall life-term spend is (even if it's only visible to certain staff). This would be helpful in terms of giving priority appointments, etc.
