We use our resources for our rooms/stations. We have two members for each room and to keep them from accidentally double booking the station it would be beneficial to have it blocked off when people do online booking. Would be really useful to have specific people assigned to specific resources.

Much like you can have a service for a specific resource it would be great to have the resource usable by specific people.
