Report details on Blasts
When viewing the report details there should be a way to identify those clients that acted on the blast. I do not see a way to verify/see who is responsive. For example: if I am being charged $2 for each responsive person I should be able to see who they are.

Package Services Loaded onto a Physical Card to be Gifted
Package Services to be loaded onto a physical card with a serial number. The clients like to leave with something physical to gift. The code on the card can be added or scanned just like a gift card. "Enter or scan package code" possibly under the gift card section at checkout, then those services can be loaded from the package entered to be bought. Customizable Summary Views
Add customization options to Summaries similar to those available in Reports. This would allow users to:
- Select which data columns to display
- Arrange columns in their preferred order
- Apply filters to focus on specific metrics
- Save custom Summary layouts for future use
Current Pain Point: Users cannot modify Summary views to match their specific business needs, unlike Reports which offer extensive customization options. This limitation makes it harder for businesses to quickly access and analyze the specific data they need.

Configurable Default State for "Resend Confirmation" Checkbox
Add the ability for businesses to set their preferred default state (checked/unchecked) for the "Resend Confirmation" checkbox when appointment types are changed after patient check-in. Currently, the checkbox defaults to checked and must be manually unchecked each time, which can be time-consuming for staff who frequently need to modify appointment types. This enhancement would improve workflow efficiency by allowing businesses to customize the default behavior according to their specific needs.

Ability to pull client contact info (phone/email) in Reports.
We use reports to categorize & pull past clients in order to follow up with them. It would be much more convenient to add a category/ability to customize report to add their contact info to the reporrt. As of now, you have to copy/paste the name or click into more details.

Simplifying Credit Tracking for Clients
Example: When a client uses their Botox credits, remove the botox name from the list entirely. Keeping them on the list with "0 remaining" is unnecessarily confusing and complicates the process when checking available credits. Additionally, store these credits in the wallet at the price the client actually paid, not the regular listed price. This helps avoid confusion and ensures accurate commission calculations for providers.

Allow users to customize the time of day when scheduled email blasts are sent, rather than being fixed at 9 AM UTC. Clarity on packages based off original service price

when at last or second to last repeat appointment check out, give warning that repeat appointments are almost over
When checking out a patient with repeat appointments, there should be a reminder at the second to last or last appointment to notify staff that the repeat appointments are ending soon.

configure the client portal to allow patients to look back (view only not edit) on past forms signed
We have a post care form that I would like to add, but when the client "submits" the form, it would not be able to be reopened in the client portal. If they could still click into the form and be able to view without editing, this would be ideal. Thanks!
