  2. Look at Mangomint's booking widget. It is way better than Boulevards. I have been with you for 3.5 years and you have not upgraded it once. I have had many clients tell me that I should look for a new booking system because they gave up trying to book something on it. Please. If it doesn't happen soon, I am switching to Mangomint.

  5. Internal messaging within employees, like a chat or inbox. To remind them to call/follow up with a patient. Or a "Hey your patient is ready for you". It would be very helpful.

  6. Section 8 of the payment processing terms states that we are not able to have an expiration date on gift cards. Some states (and federal law) allow expiration of gift cards.

    Requiring small businesses to retain this as a liability simply as a term on your terms of service is not a very friendly practice. I would like to see the section updated to include language that we will follow all federal, state, and local laws concerning gift card expiration.   9. Sometimes a client is booked for a service with an esthetician that has an add-on but the add-on needs to be performed by a nurse. It would be helpful to assign the add-on to the nurse so they can see it on their schedule. We have just been adding a time block to hold their time.

  10. Currently we are only able to see the date the charts are submitted, can we have a column for date of the actual appointment? Also maybe have a time stamp in the chart for when it was signed off on?

  11. I know you have a "Change Log", but it would be nice to have a Message Center for your software cleints. This could be where you post communications Boulevard sends out to us. Such as communications regarding the change in how our CC deposits will appear on our bank statement from 5/3 Bank to Boulevard Labs, or the email that was sent our regarding the credit Boulevard was very reasonable in giving us for the software outage last week.   13. We would like compatibility with other identity providers (IdP) other than Okta for Single Sign On (SSO) capabilities.

    The use case would be for businesses that wish to streamline employee access to respective applications and systems. For example, in addition to Boulevard I use Microsoft 365/Entra ID and rippling for authentication. It would be nice to have everything connect to this IdP or Okta.

    It would also be great in having SCIM in conjunction with SSO for automation of user provisioning and offboarding would be greatly beneficial as well.

  14. If a patient has NOT signed consents, etc... DO NOT allow the checkout to complete until they SIGN the forms. This is a HUGE legal protection for patient and provider

  15. Businesses would like the ability to disable the membership confirmation email and other transactional emails related to memberships for them to manage those communications outside of Boulevard, such as using a dedicated tool for client journeys or drip campaigns.

  16. Separate booking logins for new vs. existing patients is a very necessary feature to allow our clients to use Boulevard to its full capabilities.

    In our office (med spa), we cannot allow new patients to book certain services without having a consultation first. This has caused us to have to disable most of our services in the online booking section since patients will just ignore any notices we put up and book anyway. This is punishing our existing clients who are authorized to book these other services, but since there is no barrier to entry, we can't allow anyone to…

  17. We sell vouchers for individual services. When a person buys a voucher for a massage, but decides to gift it, it is a pain to void that voucher and then create a new voucher for the other person. It's messy and for members that are able to gift some of their membership vouchers as well.
