  2. When a refund is issued on Boulevard, the system should automatically revoke any applied vouchers and deduct the corresponding points from the user's account. This ensures that the refund process is seamless, and there is no confusion or discrepancy regarding the voucher or points balance.

  6. The new feature to add a service at checkout is great, however there should be an option to "add time" with the service because without doing so it is negatively impacting someones utilization which is a key KPI in evaluating providers and their success within a business and its profitability.
    Perhaps you can add the option to "add time with this service" as well for those of us who need it without having to leave the screen and add the service in to the appointment the regular way which would ensure that time is added and utilization is optimized. Otherwise,…

    • Potentially: if we build out the ability to assign multiple sellers in the checkout window we’ll be able to pass that data down to the Compensation App accordingly

  10. Keep the same machine booked for the whole appointment! We have two LHR machines and when a client is booking multiple LHR areas (i.e. bikini and underarms) it books one area with machine #1 and the other area with machine #2. The provider uses the same machine for the whole visit so it should be just one machine per client per appointment booked. That way someone else can book machine #2! And we don't have to manually edit every single visit to be with one machine...

  12. Allow group bookings for more than one existing client instead of just the client making appointment. Otherwise, it creates a new profile for all guests except the client making the appointment, and client profiles have to be merged.

  13. Boulevard should take extra security measures to ensure online gift card purchases by making the purchaser provide their matching billing address to the credit card to prevent fraudulent purchases.

    We had issues with people using stolen credit cards to buy a gift card online and then using it at our salon. Not only are we losing money on the gift card, we now have to pay our service providers their split commission.

It would be extremely helpful to have an option to set a specified limit (10, 15, 20 min etc.) in which we cannot take a client if they are late, and if that client checks themselves in after they enter their information a pop up comes up and alerts them that they are x amount of minutes late and need to see the front desk.

  15. Should reflect specific cost of the service, not split evenly between the services redeemed.
    For example: At our medspa, our weight loss memberships include a monthly check in with a provider and medication pick up, but also includes a monthly IV hydration session. Both of which have significantly differing costs. When vouchers are redeemed, the value is listed as split between the membership cost which is $599 a month, instead of the value of the actual service. This is also a headache for accurate reporting and commission.

As a growing medical spa, the amount of time spent having to export data, then do our own calculations, to figure out commissions is unacceptable for the amount of $$ we are spending for this platform. This will only get worse with more employees. Why is there not an option for the business service charge (or CTC) to be taken out of our "add on" services such as Botox and Fillers? We give a commission percentage to our staff after the Cost to Company is removed from the total cost on top of their hourly (because CTC is extremely high).…

  17. As a platform that is marketed to Medical Spas, it is extremely frustrating to have several features of our medical services not accurately reflected. Making our job harder as things are multistep instead of streamlined. The fact that not only do we have to chart, but then also edit our invoices prior to the client check out reflect the proper "units" or "syringes" as add-ons manually slows down our flow. It would be extremely helpful if there were a way for our documenting to automatically populate in the invoice for the front desk staff.

  18. As an owner and a practitioner of a medical spa, it is frustrating to have to to individually deselect all the resources and/or providers for that particular day(s) that I am trying to view each time I log in. Would love the option to deselect all.

  19. Would love if you could just add one photo block for before and one for after and fit more than one photo on it. Instead of needing multiple photo blocks, it would help documentation look cleaner and I could have all I need in one spot rather than lots of scrolling.

  20. There's too much to type sometimes to explain a situation. And sometimes it takes a while for someone to reach back out to you. Having someone on the phone could help make the process quicker and have a quicker solution
