Client's email addresses that have been receiving bouncebacks (hard) should have indicator on profile
And during checkout that the client's email address appears invalid.
Would help salons better foster better communication, so many times clients put in emails incorrectly, or we heard them wrong, or they moved on to a new email address. Unless the salon knows that an email address is invalid for some reason, we'll continue marketing, sending receipts, sending booking confirmations for no purpose and give both the client and staff a false sense that communication is happening.

Better UX for sending a new employee the welcome email

Field within client profile for tax-exemptions
There are some clients that are tax-exempt and no way of making any services/products within an order 0% tax.

If a client books then cancels and rebooks within a timeframe, it should be noted as a reschedule
Rather than a cancellation for reporting purposes and statistics. Also would cut down on an unnecessary email of cancellation.
Unsure if this is part of the flow for the client, but if the process is cancel and then make a new appointment, perhaps the ability for clients to self reschedule as long as the appointment is beyond the confirmation windows of 2/3 days SMS/email.

Allow for separate google analytics/facebook pixel usage per location rather than whole chain
In practice, I understand that the current tracking allowed is injection of google analytics/facebook pixel per the booking widget in one instance for all locations. Would be useful to differentiate this per location. Additionally, it would be great to have specific fragment URL links to link directly to booking widget of specific location to save clients one further click.

Ability to filter client list by the date a client visited a single location to be able to support follow-up email campaigns that are location-specific

Collect payment during booking for $0 services
Our services have specific pricing that is determined after an in-person consultation so prices are listed as $0 online. We would still like to have the option of collecting credit card data online for late cancellations or no-shows.

Green Circle integration per location
Each location should be able to enable Green Circle. We have 1 out of 8 locations using Green Circle and we need the flexibility to choose which locations want to implement it.

Icon or Notification when people add a note to their appointment
We are having clients add notes to their appointments when booking. For example, "Can I gift this to a friend?" or "I would like to add something else onto this appointment", etc. It would be great if a notification or icon appeared next to clients who fill this field out online since it is an option online.

For the time being, many salons may have to commence services outdoors including POS
Would be great if some of the scaling on web-dashboard were corrected so views on tablets could work better for checkout and booking. Then there would be no reason to not bring a whole computer out to a potentially bad environment for computer and keyboard usage. Specifically there are issues when booking and checkout that move the buttons out of view and then scaling issues occur that prevent proper usage.

A link to sell Products / Services not available publicly (online)
A service and/or product would have a "link to product/service" available for circulation to a client. It would particularly be helpful for anything that isn't offered publicly on our site or as a quicker way to get client to checkout for one item.
(Similar to a feature available in mindbody)
