Changing state of active appointment in Calendar view
Change state of appointment in calendar view like front desk view. Currently, there are only "arrived" and "checkout" icons. A new icon for "active" would be helpful.

Allow Staff to see client notes (ie. Formula Notes) but not client contact information under permission groups
Have heard from a few prospective clients that they would like their staff to be able to see the client notes section of the client card (useful if they're keeping formula notes/other important info there) but not client contact information. They wanted more options in terms of what data they could restrict specifically in the client info section

Setting to allow cash draw total not to be carried over by day.
I find it hard to understand closing out. It should be once the register is closed out that is your bank deposit. Not close out the draw, and then do a payout for a deposit. Possibly a setting that says "on or off run with exsisting draw"

True Rest Specific Suggestion for Order Details
Because of how our services are set up, it considers our rooms (pod rooms) staff members. Because of this, when we go to view who checked out a customer, all we see is what room they were in. When we check people out we normally change the name at the top right of the checkout window, why isn't it showing that detail on the order details? Where does that information go? It lets us select our name for who is checking the person out, but it does not show that information anywhere on the order when looking back.

Able to set an expiration date for a package during set up
Thinking about selling monthly packages that expire at the end of the month, not 30 days from purchase. So being able to set the expiration date when setting the package up instead of having to manually edit the expiration after selling the package

Better visibility for number of vouchers on the client profile page
See how many vouchers a client has on their profile page instead of having to go through the checkout process to see how many they have

Voids from the same day should reopen the order
If I make a mistake checking someone out and I void the order the same day before closing our batch, shouldnt it reopen the order so that I can check it out properly???

Require completed forms during booking
Guests need to have forms filled out before their appointment and having this automatically required in order to complete/schedule their appointment, will help streamline the front desk and check-in clients quickly.

Client tags on waitlist page would allow us to prioritize VIP customers or customers who have been rescheduled multiple times.

Gift Card - Allowing Partial Refunds on GC Purchases
Currently, we cannot process partial refunds on purchased gift cards. Example: I buy a $50 GC and I want to refund $25 of that GC back to the client. Currently it zeros out the entire card. Looking to have this as a feature add to allow adjustments to staff error's when purchasing GC's. (Work around) Refunding amount the client is due back. This results in the card balance going to zero automatically. Then create a new sale with the same GC # for the correct amount and charging it to Other)

In the instance of disputed transactions, include error messaging that transaction has been disputed and cannot be refunded.

Packages: weekly option for packages (ex: 1 week pass)
In creating a product, the choices within the "Package" option are months and years. It would be great to have a "weeks" option here if possible unless you have a workaround.
