  1. With Covid shut downs we are cancelling so many appointments and adding people to the waitlist. Right now it's 2 very different steps. It would be nice to be able to have the option to add the appointment to the waitlist as you are cancelling it. It can be located where the arrow for rescheduling and the X for cancelling is located. It would save time and brain power because it would already know which client, stylist and service to book. It would also be great to be on the pro moblie app too.

  2. Example, staff member goes on leave of absence, appointments for this provider must be cancelled. Then business hires or extends hours to another provider. Going through the cancellation list to manually see which appointments can be salvaged is possible but would be easier if the format was filter-able by date of appt and service provider.

  3. Would like the ability to set other assigned staff to receive notifications for their own schedule and another stylists schedule. For example, an assistant that is taking their own clients and needs to also receive alerts for a stylist they're assisting.

  5. Calendar Icons: for arrived, new client, etc. are all white icons and small. When appointments overlap and the first appointment is checked out, the icons are hidden on the next appointment (top right corner of appointment block).

    There is also no icon for "Active" appointment state.

  6. It would be great to have fields in staff profiles to enter their birthdays, emergency contacts, address, start date/termination date, and social security number. this way I do not have to have their physical employee file with me or go to the physical file cabinet for this information.

    I do not really need emergency contact information for guests, but I definitely for staff. Thank you.

  8. When client buys a package/membership online, send email on how to redeem afterwards and on the final "Review Your Booking" page, there should be a button saying "Book your next appt"

  10. To help avoid someone from accidentally not tipping when in a rush it would be great to have a setting that allows us to have the tip selection default to whatever amount we want (20%) instead of defaulting to the "no tip" option.

  12. We don't need a signature at checkout for the reception app, it confuses our clients who think once they have signed that they no longer need to hand me their card. We would much rather just have the gratuity options displayed for them to choose and then I can proceed with the payment for them.

  14. Because - one service charges a different rate per stylist or colorist... For example a womens haircut... we have 5 different rates depending on who is doing it. It would be confusing to the customer to put women's haircuts 5 times with a stylists name behind it. Most of our services are a different rate for per staff member as well all of our services. It would be so easy just to put out 10% service charge in and that is what it would be for all services and who ever does them.

  16. Currently we are unable to read all of the open or closed messages in the message center. It is necessary that we be able to scroll through the complete list of messages not just the most recent 10 or so. Please fix this.

  18. My team has many tabs open for each section of the dashboard. It would be extremely helpful to have those tabs named according to the page they are on. i.e. Manage, Messages, Reports. See screenshot for reference

  19. When toggling back and forth between waitlist/calendar in order to fill up the schedule, the calendar returns to today which slows down the process significantly.
