  1. Ability to add intake forms that apply to all services to walk-in appointment check-in. Currently, intake forms can only be added after the appointment is on the calendar and we would like to be able to have clients fill this out while they wait for an opening.

Our staff uses smart watches and would like to be notified of a client's arrival on their watches, but their phone numbers linked in the employee profile is different from the one linked to their watch. I'm in the middle of a big push of selling memberships online – I know clients are using the "add message" feature with checkout but I believe since there's no associated appointment, that I have no way to access these messages.   7. When redeeming a voucher, it ZERO outs the service. This means that the Service Provider is unable to be shown how much commission they earn for the Service they have just completed that has been paid for with a "product" voucher. This also impacts tipping

  14. It would be very helpful if there was a way we could condense the viewing screen to be able to view the whole day without having to scroll up and down. It would make for faster booking and less mistakes because you could see the whole day all at once.

  18. Currently when switching between locations, if you're on a future date on the calendar and then switch to the other location, it jumps back to today's date. This is a hindrance when trying to book an appointment and you're trying to check the same date at both locations. It adds time and is annoying for the client if you have to ask them for the date a second time.

  20. Some suppliers require you to order items by the case pack (in specific multiples). So when adding "low stock" or "all stock" it would be great if the PO knew to update the Order quantity by the required multiple
