  2. As a commission salon, having staff have the ability to book clients without blocking themselves . This becomes a problem with potential to steal company time by deleting a block top show that they are "in salon" when they are actually not. Also, salon poilcy runs that staff needs management approval before leaving early or coming in late.

  3. Individual merchants do not have the option to view their transfers or pending balances, disputes, or edit their bank information. They can only deactivate. However, account Admins have all the access to their account to do so. It would be helpful for individual merchants to be able to update their own banking info and see transfers.

  4. Need a very specific report that they can look at daily to check all of the apply special codes/promo codes that were used. Right now they can easily open this type of report within Booker to see a breakdown of each code, how many times it was use and the dollar amount that was discounted. When they click on each individual special it will open to a breakdown of all the clients that used that specific promo. If they wanted to dig further they could then look at the specific client and it would open up their invoice.

  5. Like a costco card. Membership for a year is X dollars and X number or services or each service is X amount discounted. For instance = $150 yearly membership - get 20$ off massages, 10% off products, etc etc etc

  7. Very useful to show a report over a time range of what promos or discount codes were used. This can help a business determine if their running promotions are having traction, also used to audit whether the discounts are being used properly.

  11. When you remove a service from a merged appointment during check out, it erases the entire appointment. When removing an appointment, it should just unmerge itself and not delete the appointment.

  12. It would be helpful to alphabetize the time clock report or the time clock so that they are both in the same order. Right now one is by first name and the other is by last name.

    Might be a mess, but eventually it would be extremely logical to include cancel activity, reschedule activity

  18. I have spoken to a few prospects that say they pay when credit is due or they get a commission once their hours are hit. For example, someone will either get paid their hourly rate or their commission rate (whichever is higher that week).

  19. Being able to manually update someones social media account thats being used for this account. Say someone is not using same email for social as they are for blvd - being able to go in a manually add the correct email for this social account.
