  7. Have a monthly calendar view so we can see what all staff members are working throughout the month, but from a big picture overview.
    We have stylists that work every other Saturday, one Saturday a month, every other friday, etc. Would be much easier to keep track from a monthly view!

  8. For example, have someone available for service 1 and 2 from 8-2, but after 2, only available for service 2. Also, daily capping on service time per practitioner - for example massage therapist wants to limit to 5 table hours a day.

  9. Include a filter to allow adding products by brand.

    Also Some form of bulk selection of products would be super handy rather than searching and inserting each product individually. We often end up manually adding discounts per a sticky note at the desk because adding items to an automatic offer is too cumbersome when it is a large selection of items.

  11. It would be really helpful if we could see the name/SKU of vouchers used in orders. We have a few different memberships and also often award promotional vouchers and being able to quickly see which exact vouchers were used at which appts/which orders would be helpful.

  12. All the before pictures I take are saved in the profile, but to open them they open in individual browser tabs instead of opening as a pop-up within the exist browser. It would also be nice to have a little thumbnail that shows the photo before I click on it.

  15. Not have just a credit card option for free services (such as corrections). We have to change the amount and then go to "Other" to close out the ticket. Also, even if the service were free not everyone wants to pay a tip by credit card, which is all this options currently provides.

  16. Being able to open and edit a closed transaction. If a guest decides to buy product or need to add a service - would have the access to open and add what needs to be done. This would allow for more accurate reporting while also not having to make a whole booking for an add on service.

  17. I'd love the option to still offer group appointments for online booking, but only for groups of 2-3.

    Right now we will sometimes get larger groups 4/5/6+ booking online which not only gets complicated, but we also have a separate process internally for larger groups.
