  3. There is alot of booking info that needs to be relayed between the booking department and the staff. When we add notes, nobody is seeing them because they don't remember to go into the client profile to check notes. The tags don't work for extensive notes. There should be an icon on the appointment as a visible indicator there is a note on the appointment.

    Booking notes as well as check out notes are often left un read and can cause the business to look bad when a client was told a note would be left for them.

  4. Some of the stylists colors are the same. It helps if we allow reception to drag the names apart from each other so that stylists don't get confused with which client is theirs.

  9. Match the service provider badge color with their color on the schedule to expand UI cohesiveness, also if initials for multiple staff are identical, display further letters until ambiguity is no longer valid.

  16. In the timeclock section of the dashboard, I think adding a total time clocked in each day would be helpful so we don't have to calculate the time in our head with Time-in and Time-out.

  20. The mobile online booking through the website functionality using the widget does not work properly when using your mobile phone. Mobile phone usage has become mainstream, even more so than computers, when booking appointments or ordering food or booking an Uber ride. Mobile optimization should be one of the priorities so that customers can easily book appointments whether on their phones or laptop/desktop computers. Currently, one way this works is by enabling "open in new window". My website is run on SquareSpace and so if I'm simply running the widget, I cannot get on the booking site using the widget.…
