  1. We have had it happen a few times now that a no-show will block their card so as not to be charged for the missed appointment. This is unfair to us as a business since we have a strict no-show policy and our team expects to be compensated for their missed revenue. It would be nice that when marking an appointment as a no-show or late cancel the system would keep trying periodically until the debt is collected.

  2. Once I get a list of people on my waitlist and there is a cancelation I would like a text to be sent out saying "Hello! We had an appointment at 2pm come available. First to reply Yes will book this appointment. If you're not free, please ignore this message."

  3. Have the ability to turn off message notification icon, and also to have the ability to convert the notifications into emails instead of notifications in the dashboard (staff is not always available to see them)

  5. We often have to cancel client appointments for administrative reasons like combining multiple appointments, changing the name to a spouse, etc...

    These cancellations marked as "Mistake or Error" still show up in the client history in the new online portal. We have had multiple clients reach out asking why we cancelled their appointments because they see the cancellation in the portal.

    It would be great to have the Mistake/Error selection not show in the portal (or some way to choose which ones do show in there)

  8. When running a report using the offer code filter, I just want to be able to see a list of the offer codes that are relevant to the date range that's set. If it wasn't used in that time range, it shouldn't be an option.

  11. Rx photo the employees are saying that there platform is more user friendly. We use boulevard for all new forms, signatures. But when it comes to keeping record and looking up past forms, pictures that are saying they would rather use Rx Photo. Thanks

  12. When someone's card declines for cancellation fees. We would like there to be a way that we can
    a) notify them that they owe those fees before booking again.
    b) allow a deficit be put on their account that needs paying before they can book again.
    it is really hard to keep track of this via notes in the system and word of mouth.

  14. We have several different membership options and we cannot set an end date. So we've had to refund if we miss canceling it at the term end. Right now it just goes month to month continuously. NEED term limits and end date selections

  15. Downloading to a *.csv file results in unexplainable date formats that are not readable for graphing our analysis like Code Interpreter such as spitting out a date in this format: 2022-11-30T00:00:00

    Why would BLVD just export it as a normal date? This is the case for numbers too. Almost every other report I download to analyze requires converting downloaded numbers into numbers because BLVD default is downloading them as "text". These are extra steps and burdensome to small business owners who should expect numbers to be downloaded as numbers and dates downloaded as usable date formats.

  20. For instance, some days I do permanent makeup, some days I do lashes, and some days I work on management duties in my office. Currently I have to have 3 separate staff profiles for this which is confusing. It would be nice to have the option for staff/owners to clock in under specific roles instead of having to create multiple staff profiles for one person. The same applies to staff. If they are training I still need them to clock in, but I need them to clock in for training, not for services as they are paid at a different…
