Multiple Job Roles/Clock in rates for one person
For instance, some days I do permanent makeup, some days I do lashes, and some days I work on management duties in my office. Currently I have to have 3 separate staff profiles for this which is confusing. It would be nice to have the option for staff/owners to clock in under specific roles instead of having to create multiple staff profiles for one person. The same applies to staff. If they are training I still need them to clock in, but I need them to clock in for training, not for services as they are paid at a different…

Filter new client's and seeing if they prebooked or not
New clients -> did they book another appointment -> which clients did v which clients didn’t.
Run another report -> which clients had a consultation -> which clients booked an appointment after that specific consultation

Expanded Reporting
The business wants to be able to run reports on new clients specifically who are coming in for their first appointment so she can create a welcome bag.

At times clients say they do not receive SMS from us. I do understand there sometimes is carrier blocking, but it would be nice if BLVD show
.... showed in the messages itself as new notifications that the text wasn't received or was blocked. This would potentially allow responsible businesses to take into account that there was no receiving of the text so they could call them instead or otherwise.

Ability to restrict tags to be for either appointment tagging or client tagging exclusively.
Sometimes tags are not relevant to one or the other but staff will choose them since they seem appropriate, which then may cause unintentional downstream activity.
Example tags that staff put on appointments that should only be allowed as client tags: allergies, language barrier, always late, has previously no showed, extremely picky, big tipper, has disability, friends or family, etc.

Option/setting to email business a CC of all outgoing client emails
Would like a feature setting to enable emails to be turned on for the business (one main business email contact similar to the email found in the MANAGE location tab> Details section) for all client appointments booked, reminders, and cancellations

Customize what time slot add-on services time is added to
Being able to customize where additional time needed for an add-on service goes. Currently, the additional time for an add-on service goes under "duration." However this creates a problem when a stylists is double booking. For example: The base service is a full highlight. If the add on time is added to the "duration" then application time is too long, and then client #2 arrives too late. Further, then there is not enough time to actually do the deep condition service after rinsing the color from client #1. You cannot do a deep condition treatment before or during a color…

Auto-populate forms (the opposite way)
Since we can't have the forms filled out by clients auto-populate the client's profile, could we have the client's profile auto-populate the form? This would save time for everyone and be a nice convenience.
If there is a change made to any of the contact information (name, phone number, email, etc.) a notice or flag could be added the client's account so we know something needs to be changed.

Hide Service Provider Name in Confirmation Email
Ability to NOT SHOW who a client is booked with. We move clients multiple times thought the day and cannot guarantee which technician will see them. Please add an option to disable the name of the provider from confirmation emails/texts.

Add the ability to hyperlink provider names
We'd like to be able to add these hyperlinks to take clients to photos of the provider's work so they can get a better visual of who will be working on their hair!

we need a report that shows patient conversion. if they book a consultation, which services were booked post consultation. Also conversion between esthetic to medical and vice versa.

iPad warning if not ready
When checking out on the desktop, if the selected iPad isn't on the welcome screen the transaction will run the card on file and skip the option for the client to leave gratuity. It would be nice if there was a warning to let you know if the iPad isn't on the welcome screen so you could get it where it needs to be.
Sometimes the client just starts pressing buttons and if you can't see the iPad you don't know what they're doing.

Create Series tab in the dashboard for memberships and packages
Create an additional tab under the Manage tab or gear icon labeled Series. Memberships and products will live under this tab rather than living under Products.

client marketing list functionality
Your lists for internal marketing are not sufficient to run basic marketing. I cannot exclude people, or combine lists. Or monitor the frequency of contact.
Please add : exclude clients already booked.
Please add: Do not email if has been emailed in 15, 30, 60 days

Chart sign-off assignable to specific users/user groups
Medical director sign off is its own process, while a lead is a part of escalations in which they also need to be involved and have the ability to review/sign off in those instances. Instead of a single list of charts that need review, being able to split to their respective users based on circumstance would be more beneficial

Factor in Business Charges with commission swap
There was a commission swap between two providers, when the commission was swapped to the second service provider, the Business Charge was not deducted from the total, causing the service provider to be overpaid.

Have payment selection to default to Duo work in the sales tab as well
The option to default to the Duo for card payments is excellent. However, it doesn't stick as the default when starting a new sale in the Sales Tab. It is odd that the behavior isn't consistent throughout the system.
