  1. It would be great if we could have an option to say "Memberships automatically cancel after being unpaid for X days or months" We would definitely want this to be a customizable setting, perhaps even on the location level, but it would help has from ending up with 100s of past due memberships on our books

  2. We can click on the phone symbol (where incoming calls appear) and see a dropdown of any calls you may have missed. You can pull up the clients account ahead of time and speed scheduling time.

  4. The Blue "update available" bar is super helpful to let us know when new features are available, or to make sure we are using the latest data.

    Unfortunately it covers some of the needed navigation features in the form builder.

    Could the bar be made to come in above the normal screen (pushing everything down) instead of over top of it? That way the navigation features are available to ensure our forms are properly saved before refreshing the page.

  6. If a client has a recurring monthly membership charge it would be nice if they got a reminder text after a certain number of vouchers accumulate in their account. Once they have four or five it becomes hard to catch up and use them all.

  9. When clients have forms to fill out upon arrival, they check in which notifies the service provider they have arrived but then have to fill out the forms. Our stylists are going to get them before they have barely even touched the form. I think this would be easily avoided if they were not marked as checked in until after their forms have been completed.

  10. When adding a payment method in the profile area (non-checkout) we only have the option for a manual add or a "swipe". our DUO doesn't even allow for swipes. It would be nice to be able to use the tap or insert chip, or apple pay tap to read a new card and save it in a profile, so that we don't need to manually enter all the data.

  11. When adding an appointment to my calendar.
    Find customer from existing list by phone number. Instead of adding customer into Boulevard every time an appointment is made.

  12. If you set up your reward program that 5000 points gets you $25, you should default to only redeeming the 5000 for $25...even if the client has 5500 points...then they can roll the 500 extra points toward earning the next $25. As a slon we do not want to ever give more than $25 at a time, it is cost prohibitive. Also, the $25 hit should be taken by the salon, NOT the provider.

  13. It would be nice to have the option for the stylist to be notified via text when someone joins the wait list specifically for them. Sometimes stylists see their books differently than front desk and are able to fit them in.

  14. When adding a client tag in the account screen you sometimes have to scroll down to see the button to add the tag. It would be nice if this was just below the contact information so scrolling wasn't necessary. A quality of life improvement.

  17. have an option where certain people accepting new clients on certain days only (won't allow current clients to book that day ex: Wednesday)
    or certain stylists aren't accepting new clients so that others are more available to take them.
    some of these 30min appointment slots interfere with booking larger appointments.

  18. It would be fantastic if blvd can categorize specific tags so that convertkit can then import these tags into their corresponding automations via the integration. For example if a client wants joins our membership and is tagged with a member tag then for that info to be shared via the convertkit integration and be able to identify that specific tag so that they can get put into the proper funnel.

  20. Our Salon would like the ability to add an additional processing time. So for complex services it could be booked as an Application, processing window, application, processing window and then the finishing time.
